After completing her studies, Cassini found getting funding for her spell research to be much difficult than she had thought. Performing magic to entertain others seemed like a good way for her to obtain funds. While still fresh out of school spell mix-ups were still semi-common. Here we see Cassini pulling out a shrunken member of the audience out of her hat. Tiny mouse belongs to the artist, who wished to not be linked too.

While Cassini's love of magic often times leads her to spend much of her day, face buried in musty tomes and history books, she has a sillier side which her partners like to coax out. The thirteenth raptor cloned by the lifeforge looked nothing like the others and these once well trained raptors, the previous 12, now began to ignore their commands for as long the new alpha was among the pack. Separated from the pack and sent to a solitary enclosure, she began to scheme. Her captors had underestimated her abilities and most importantly her intelligence, the security of her new "home" was painfully under-prepared for containing one such as her. At nightfall she would sneak out to see this new world she had be brought forth into and by morning she would have snuck back in, with no one being the wiser.

Pyre also loves relaxing on the waves as much as Cassini. He is very proud of his obsidian scales, a sign of how potent his sorcerous lineage is. In his youth Pyre used to be quite shy about showing his scales off, but as he grew older he became much more confident. YCH commission by @soft--dogs
