Six of Crows prompt: Any takers? Total creative freedom

So this is just a prompt that I'm putting out there but I wanna see a story where Jesper comes across this information (how is up to you. I mostly imagine it's a random fact that wylan just brings up one day but other scenarios would be cool) and then goes to Kaz demanding why, as the crows of crow club, do they not have actual crow mascots that steal expensive offerings for them. He then spends the next few days trying to convince everyone why it's a good idea(he misses milo OKAY. And if he can't have his comfort goat a crow that steals things for him is the next best thing) . (how he tries to convince them is up to you. The writer has total creative freedom. any dialog in this prompt is purely suggestions/guide lines) "it's on brand. We're the crows we do heists and steal stuff. It makes sense that we would have theiving crow sidekicks. And crows are known pickpockets so the real question is Why hasn't kaz recruited them yet? why DON'T we have them yet. They have all the desired traits and meet all the requirements to be a crow club member plus they're actual CROWS.

He then uses the above fact to try and endear Kaz to the idea. "look they sound just like you. They're practical. They trade. They've got business sense. They run bloody autopsies for crying out loud they're practically your spirit animal."

So if there's anyone willing to write this or if there are fics like this out there already kindly direct me to them. I would write it myself but I don't have a good enough grasp on their character to write them especially kaz. (i especially want a well written reaction from kaz in this fic. Like maybe he thinks the whole idea is ridiculous at first... But then he stops to consider it... Then berates himself for doing so? I dunno. Like I said I don't have a good enough sense of his character so I'll leave this part up to the writer. But I do want to see kaz's reaction)
