I keep finding various people leaving wood-type gifts on my porch.
First it was a dried tree root, that looks like a walking cane.
Second was a wooden hideaway for small animals.
Third was today. Someone with a slightly pointed hood dropped these beside my doorbell and scurried away.
I find it delightfully interesting. I feel like I've pleased some tree-folk.
