I'm picking no. 7 (pool, beach or lake?) for Australian reasons lol.

Beach, beach, beach, a million times, BEACH! We are absolutely spoilt for amazing beaches here (girt by sea indeed lol) — even if it's too shit for a swim, you can still enjoy the beauty, scramble on rocks, smell the decaying seaweed, collect way too many cool looking rocks (found muscovite twice!). And when it is good enough... I can't recommend snorkelling enough!! I've seen a dolphin, stingray, port jackson shark, and the tiniest little jelly fish (no bigger than my thumb) with even tinier fish living symbiotically amongst it's bell/tentacles. That's just the coolest shit I've seen, too! GET IN THERE!

Pools just pale in comparison to the beach (plus, I've watched my partner do enough public pool maintenance to never wanna go in there again. So many bandaids...). Admittedly, I've never swam in a lake before, but cosidering how cold they are (14°C??), I'm not super keen to try anytime soon lol.
