Dramione celebrate Easter

Hermione was sat at home in the dining room, trying to feeding her toddler Scorpius. He was refusing as he was cutting a tooth and it hurt.

“Come on Scorpi. We need to get round to Nana and Grandad for Easter Sunday” Hermione sighed at her bubbly toddler.

Draco comes in from the garden. Dressed in his Sunday best, sleeves rolled up and looking exhausted. He had their family dog Teddy the cavapoo in his arms.

“Why do muggles put eggs everywhere? I didn’t expect my Sunday to be wrestling it out of Teddy’s mouth. He’s not going to remember this Mione” Draco exasperated as he put the dog down and shut the patio door. Teddy scurried off to his bed.

“I know but it’s tradition. My parents did it for me and my cousins. It’s to show the Easter bunny came” She said to her husband. She gestured bunny ears with her fingers which made Scorpius laugh.

“Bunnies? Rabbits do not lay eggs my sweet wife” Draco laughed and was met with laughing back.

“It’s a pagan tradition. You should know! The bunny symbolises fertility and spring is rebirth. Your mother didn’t teach you much” Hermione chuckled.

“I know that Mione! But why the eggs? And chocolate too?” Draco asked as he sat next to his family.

“Well I think we have the Germans to thank for that and Queen Victoria” She sighed.

“And that has something to do with your God, how? You told me he died which is Good Friday, he was buried. Holy Saturday, he was laid to rest and today we celebrate him rising. Sounds like magic to me” Draco explained.

“I’m surprised you remembered that. No idea. But it’s been around for years. I told my mum we had a good reason for missing mass and she would learn later” Hermione exclaimed. Draco smiled as he rested his hand on her stomach.

“Blaise did used to say that we humped like rabbits” Draco laughed as he kissed her cheek. She batted him on the shoulder. All the laughing had turned Scorpius’ attention away from the food and Hermione was able to feed him quickly.

“Right, little man. Daddy is taking you to get dressed and I’ll finish the pudding for Grandma” Hermione cooed as she picked Scorpius’ from his high chair and gave him to his waiting father. He giggled and was babbling dada. Hermione was topping off her cake with small chocolate eggs.

“That cake does look nice. Not as delectable as you” Draco said as he eyed Hermione in her floral dress and pinched her bottom.

“Behave! There’s two children in the room” Hermione feigned a gasp as she covered Scorpius’ ears and kissed her husband. The happy family of three soon to be four.

A/N Long time no see tumblr. Sorry been extremely busy with uni and life. I’m 25 now! I didn’t do one of these at Christmas so here’s an Easter one! How I thought Draco would react to an Easter egg hunt in his garden. Happy Easter,

Dramione watch Love Actually

*Draco comes home from work that afternoon. Hermione told him she would be putting up the decorations whilst he was at work*

Draco: *comes through the door and hears the telly box on* Hermione I’m home!

Hermione: *from the living room* I’m in the living room Draco!

*Draco hangs his coat up and takes off his shoes. He goes into the living room. Hermione is watching the telly box in a Santa hat. The decorations, the lights and the tree is up)

Draco: What you watching on the telly box?

Hermione: *laughs* The TV, Draco. I’ve told you before. You sound like my grandma. I’m watching a film called Love Actually. It’s one of my favourite Christmas films

Draco: I actually love you. You calling me Nanna Granger? *he laughed*

*Draco looks at the TV and his draw drops. On the screen is Harry and Karen*

Draco: Hermione....that’s Snape. What’s he doing with. That lady looks like Trelawney! *coming close to the tv and poking the screen like he could touch them*

Hermione: I always thought that too. But no it’s not Snape. And that’s not Trelawney. They must have doppelgängers *laughing so hard she could cry*

Draco: I would think my godfather would tell me if he was a movie star in the cinemas...DID THEY JUST KISS! Hermione turn it off. I can’t watch this. *hides his eyes*

*Hermione was now crying with laughter and turns the tv off*

Hermione: *laughing through his speaking* I have got to tell Harry and Ginny!

Draco: Dont you dare Granger

Hermione: *stood up and wrapped his arms around him* I’m sorry. Sometimes you can be so clueless about Muggle things. But I promise you that’s not Snape and that’s not Trelawney.

Draco: *he kissed her* I love you but your world confuses me.

Draco and Hermione snuggle up and put on another Christmas film. An animated film this time where no likeness to past professors would be possible.

(Hello my lovelies. I’m so sorry I have been missing all this time. 2020 for me like everyone has been super hard. But it’s Christmas! My fave time of the year and I was watching love actually when I thought of this. In this universe Snape is not dead. Love you all, Rosie)

At home with Ron and Lavender Weasley. Ron has been showing his support for the muggle NHS. The couple have been making sure their children Rose and Hugo have a daily walk. Lavender has been learning how to knit with Molly’s old knitting patterns.

At home with Luna and Neville Longbottom. Luna has got into crafting and they live in the Scottish highlands because of the presence of magical beings. Luna loves hiking and Neville has been enjoying the sun with their dog Curly.

At home with Harry and Ginny Potter. The couple were thankfully at Shell Cottage before lockdown was imposed. They spend their time on the beach with dog Padfoot. Harry has grown a beard much to Ginny’s annoyance. Friends joke that they will be pregnant at the end of lockdown.

At home with Draco and Hermione Malfoy- Draco and Hermione spend the days working out and reading. Hermione hands children’s books out to the neighbourhood. Draco is teaching Hermione how to play a guitar which is his newest hobby.

Happy New year

Happy new year tumblr friends! Not many of you know but I’ve had a terrible year. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and have lost more jobs than I can count. I am going into 2020 stable in a job and living and surviving with my illness. More Dramione this year and I want to get back to writing fanfic. Love you all, Rosie xxx

Dramione Christmas 🎄- this year is spent with the Potters and Longbottoms. Unknowingly all three girls are in the early stages of pregnancy. They reveal this to their husbands simultaneously as they all gather for a Christmas Eve dinner hosted by Hermione and Draco. (I loved this reunion photo! Ooh instagram is black now)

Dramione Instagram- Halloween 🎃👻. The couple convert the manor into a spooky spectacular moving back there for the night from their cosy flat in London. Hermione and Draco love Halloween and have pulled out the stops to be Beauty and the Beast this year. Even getting Draco a custom fitted silicone mask! Their young adult children Scorpius and Cassie join their parents for a magical Halloween party. (Cassie is Kiernan Shipka and Scorpius is Austin Butler)

Dark Crystal- The Age of Resistance Review and Predictions

SPOILER ALERT

My boyfriend is an absolute fanboy of the original film. So I watched it for him but I loved it. So I was just a physched when the Netflix series came out. We watched it in two sittings.

I commend the production for staying true to the original Henson puppetry. It was amazing and with the added CGI especially with some of it. I am also convinced that the team repsonsible for Daenerys’ hair in thrones were consultants on this as the princess’ hair gave me major braid envy.

I love the character development and the further exploration of the lore that was only just introduced during the film. Henson had a whole world that he wanted to explore and I’m glad it was revealed. The explanation of the 7 tribes of Gelfling. The thing on mine and my boyfriends minds however was trying to figure out how this ends to be just Jen and Kira remaining.

Jen and Kira Parentage-

Jen looks very like Rian but then also you have Kylan who pulls out a flute very like the one we see with Jen in the Dark Crystal who has distinct Jen features. So these two are a possibility for Jen’s father.

Deet possesses the ability to talk to animals which is shown as a talent of Kira’s however with the darkening taking over her I doubt she survives. So Brea is a possibility for the mother of Kira as she has the white hair that Kira has. One of things we see in a prophecy outlook is a gelfling running with a bundle ‘a baby’ possibly?

Garthim also occupied my mind whilst watching the AOR as the Arathim was giving my Garthim vibes but then they teamed up with the Gelfling. The season finale gave me my answer. I’m slightly sad now that I’m attached to these characters but then I know what happens to the Gelfling due to the start of the film.

My major loves of AOR-

1. Hair and costume- just WOW- and considering these are puppets and not actors.

2. Hup and Podlings in general- I loved them in the first one and thoroughly enjoyed them in this. The tribe of deviant podlings led to me calling them hillbilly podlings. The comic relief in an otherwise rather dark show

3 The voice acting- Jason Isaacs giving me serious Lucius Malfoy vibes as the Emperor they picked right there. The talent of Simon Pegg nailing the famous Chamberlain ‘hmmm’. Taron Edgerton and his voice of silk

My thrones heart whole again with Lena Headey- Cersei (Maudra Fara), Natalie Emmanuel- Missandei(Deet) and Natalie Dormer- Margaery Tyrell (Onica). My droughtlander pain healed by Caitriona Balfe- Claire Fraser (Tavra).

Those are a few but I loved the voice cast as a whole!

6 Even though I hate them Skeksis, the way they were portrayed which sometimes made you almost sorry for them.

I’m so excited for season 2 when they do release it. You can’t just leave us on a cliffhanger like that!

13 Reasons Why Season 3

So I’ve just finished the third season and wow...such amazing character arch’s in this series. Although I don’t like Ani’s character at all. Jessica’s character development was spot on- from a popular cheerleader to badass MF feminist in this season. SPOLIER ALERT- who thought Tyler should have included a picture of Hannah in the installation? That it’s all gone full circle. I’m sure he had a picture of her.

(I especially love the last set as it shows Andromeda after she’s been burnt off the family tree, shouting at Ted ‘I am left with nothing!’ and he would reply ‘You have me!’)

Having a bit of a downer

So...after weeks in and out of hospital and the doctors I have been dismissed from my job. I’m in shock and very upset. Still scared because my illness has not been diagnosed yet. So there may not be any posts any time soon. From Rosie xx
