What makes our team unique?  Our uniqueness derives from each of us hardwork, we  communicate each other, actively listen and encourage one another and we participate and contribute some thoughts and ideas during groups discussion. Disagreements exist but do not snowball into interpersonal conflict. That are the characteristics that make our Team Unique.

           Hey Everyone! 😄😁😃 My name is Alexis but I’d like to be called as Alex, 17 years of age. Currently studying at Southwestern University Phinma as a Senior High Student with a course of Accountancy Business Mangement. Welcome to my Blog! This blog talks about myself. It’s kinda tedious and monotonous but hope you enjoy, reading this! 😄😁😘

           There are many people who are living in this world and everyone has different personalities. There are no two people who have the same personalities. Everyone in this world is unique in their own ways. One’s personality is something that does not change which makes one unique and special. As for me, I am a responsible and sympathetic person, however, I am a helpful person and friendly.  

           My likes and dislikes are rather limited. I also have many dislikes which tend to separate me with some people. I do not like hypocrisy in people working or associating with me. It is ugly when people around you pretend to bahave in a certain way only to please but have different beliefs and contrary actions when away. Hypocrisy prevents positive progress.

           I dislike problems, life frustrations, difficulties and all kind of sorrows that are hard to be shared. Some life problems and challenges are  very  personal hence always hard to share with other people. It is common understanding that problems shared are half solved. The inability to share makes the problem more frustrating and difficult to solve. Inability to share might be as a result of various issue (which I experience ) that’s why I don’t trust people easily. I’am afraid to be left by someone that is already part of mylife (esp. Friends, and Families). I hate being in a situation wherein I have to choose one (which I already experience), it’s stressing me out and making me crazy. 😪😭😭😩😫

           I’d like to play badminton, hangout with friends, doing my projects and assignments. I like people who are jokers, know how to care a person. And lastly  I love people who love me.

          However, sometimes I’ve had a hard time since there are a lot of challenges as well. But even so, I’ve tried to look in a positive side, because I know dealing with human isn’t an easy thing. In order to improve my work performance and myself, I believe there are still many things I have to learn, and need to strive for having a better life in the future.
