medical field of tumblr, i cannot go to a doctor to see what my symptoms might be (no money, no one else is home atm) so please assist:

symptoms are: enlarged tonsils making it difficult to swallow, weakness in body, trembling, sinus pressure, shortness of breath when walking, light headed after standing for long periods, inability to focus for long, fatigue.

i have been pretty much laying down all day, save for grabbing delivered groceries and letting the dog out. i get exhausted from going up and down the stairs. i have been passing out repeatedly in bed and waking up in a panic due to feeling like i can't breathe. i don't sleep long. im also on my period, and thought at first it might be period flu, but i am unsure. i have taken two iron supplements as a coworker told me to double up the typical amount i normally take.

i tired. please give prognosis. gnight.
