Physical things to give characters personality

- How they smile

- What their "tell" is for lying

- Their posture

- How loud they talk (if verbal)

- Their nervous tics

- How much eye contact they hold

- In a group conversation, how close do they stand to others? Are they off to the side just listening and occasionally speaking or are they right next to people?

- What do they do with their hands when speaking? Talk with their hands, cross their arms, put hands in pockets, prop up against the wall, etc

- Nonverbal greetings: do they wave, nod, hug, glare, punch, high five, something else?

- How do they get others' attention? Raise hand, clear throat, etc

Why do I absolutely adore the villain in my story.

Like yes if we ever meet, he would experiment on me. But he is still my child, stay away from him. I love him.

Then there is this other villain and I absolutely hate him, it's hard to write him cuz he is so evil, aaaaaahhhhh.

If I could jump inside my own book that doesn't even exist right now, i will be committing a crime. I can't wait to kill him.

I am lying he is important, I can't kill him. Disappointing.

So I am writing a really high stakes novel, right? And it can be really emotionally draining at times because of all the tension and panic going on. So I thought maybe I should write a simple, fluff, slice-of-life along with it.

But it has now taken over me, because the ship dynamic I thought of is so cute, like I need ten more of this particular dynamic, preferably with my OCs.

But that's not possible till I complete the story. Sad.

Things that make me feel like i’m accidentally falling in love (help) and you can use for your OC
