What I’m curious about in the Nether Update

-Are the trees in the netherwart forests regrowable?

-Are the leaves of the trees just netherwart blocks, because that’s what they look like. If so, can they still be crafted from netherwarts, and will they drop any kind of sapling?

-What are the weird yellow blocks in the blue netherwart forest? Are they a new light source?

-Will blue netherwarts be growable on soulsand like the current netherwarts, or do they only exist as trees?

-Will the small mushrooms seen in the netherwart forests be able to grow into giant mushrooms, like our current mushrooms?

-Can the netherwart forest grass grow onto any netherack, and if so, what’s stopping it from taking over the entire nether?

-How are pigmen and piglin related? Will the pigmen texture be updated to closer resemble piglin?

-What is this new kind of soulsand, that doesn’t seem to have faces?

Can’t wait to find out the answers when snapshots start releasing!

current state of this blog

sorry for the inactivity lately. all of my tumblr activity recently has been focused on catroublex2, and this blog as a whole doesn’t feel worth continuing to run. I won’t delete it, but it’ll probably sit without any new posts for quite a while. I just haven’t had the same passion to keep up this blog and stay in this community recently. expect occasional reblogs, but I don’t really I think I have any original posts coming anytime soon.

Acacia wood isnt ugly you’re all just mad that its a niche block instead of multipurpose like the others. You all talk about wanting colored woods, you have orange, if we just had green wood youd hate it too for this same reason but that doesnt mean its bad. acacia looks really nice next to dark oak and gives your build a nice splash of color and maybe if y’all learnt to build something that isnt a rustic spruce wood cabin youd realize that.

these are the facts i refuse to debate on this. if you hate acacia wood then wake up from your meaningless rage and learn to appreciate the finer things in life.
