It's been a while!!! Trying to get back into posting here, so we're updating/fixing up some of our blogs!

@/m1lkyw4yw1sh3z is still our "personal" blog/secondary main of sorts, where we reblog things, from aesthetics we like, to our own art that we'd like to archive! All of our tags for things should still be up to date!

We're going to try to get back into posting about alterhumanity on @/fluffnstuffq as well!! Posts will probably be more art than essays nowadays, but we'll see! We also have a project that we've been working on for a while that we'll try to post soon!!

New Crew Lore!!!

So.. rebooted OC lore, anyone?

Most of Neat's backstory is the same, it's just his crew that's been majorly changed.

Neat's current ship crew is broken up into several groups, meant to allow for closer teamwork and safety in numbers, as per the "impostor-proof" space safety protocols.

Neat's the newest recruit to the ship, and as far as he knows, they haven't seen a hostile impostor incident in years (which will make things so much easier when he finally reveals his impostor status to the crew). Upon arriving, he gets placed in the Research Team, currently only consisting of the enigmatic Dr. Oscar and the mechanic/janitor, Lucas (who may or may not still be a mimic, who knows).

Oscar arrived on the ship just a few years before Neat, having been transferred from his old crew after a strange accident in which he was nearly lost to the depths of space. He's totally fine now, don't worry. Totally no mad science shenanigans here, all of his molecules are normal-

Neat doesn't quite trust him. Lucas is 75% of Neat's common sense.

Was Very fixated on Lemon Demon again awhile back, of course our sona is themed after the Spirit Phone album- This is Dial! They're a mimic creature that got stuck inhabiting a telephone until they somewhat forgot they were a supernatural creature themself. Now they just study the supernatural-

A little different from the style of the actual comic pages, but I wanted to try redrawing this old (noncanon) lyric comic from Night Shift's very beginning.

Fun fact, that comic had some of the earliest drawings of Heartz and Gatekeeper! Interesting to see how their designs have changed throughout the planning phases of the comic!
