Xi's final design and concept is done <3 well I say final but this is her usual wear anyways when helping Yi and Kuafu around the lab The reason she gets the old yellow fangshi robe is because of few reasons. -She inherited it from Yi who now wears a different robe entirely. Xi felt likt it was a waste to keep it away so she wears it constantly and it looks good on her -She has earned the right to wear Yi's seal of innovation but Xi herself isn't aware of the seal's meaning. Mostly because she hasn't asked and keeps forgetting to. -After certain events of Rising Sun, Yi no longer feels he is fit to wear it anymore. It does make him a little happy to see Xi in it though plus it is a protective piece of clothing anyways.

Much thanks to @thestarofred 's help, the name for the Au will be "Imperfect Innovation".

For the Au-

Yi and Kuafu instead have control over the Empyrean District.

Yi gets heavily infected with Tianhou, and is gifted the serum by Eigong (Because he stays loyal to her).

Kuafu goes into deep grief (and denial) of Yi's "technical" death.

Nuwa becomes the new engineer of Kunlun, considering her finances for being part of the Feng Clan, she is able to make more complex devices than Kuafu's.

Fuxi, when finding out about what Eigong did, goes rogue, and fails.

He is woken by Shuanshuan's sheng (instead of flute), and treats him like a son instead of a brother.

[Extra stuff beside the main story]

Fuxi uses the prototype serum instead of Yi'a medicine pipe.

Goumang doesn't hold as much of a grudge to Yi as she does in canon, but HATES Fuxi because in her mind, he betrayed the council.

Yingzhao is replaced for a Chinese Dragon for Nuwa 's image.

There is going to be more! But for right now, these are the highlights of the Au!

A dumb au idea had been running in my head about if:

Yi 🔁Fuxi

Kuafu🔁Nuwa

For Yi: He gets heavily infected by Tianhou (like Fuxi) and in this au, he stays loyal to Eigong (kinda like Metal Claw au). So, Eigong gives Yi the Blood Serum.

For Kuafu: He basically goes through the same grief and situation that Nuwa goes through. He is in complete denial that Yi is practically a walking corpse, and continues to use the Serum.

For Nuwa and Fuxi, I still haven't decided on how their story will be told.

Also Kuayi. Cause why not.

ANYWAY! I need names for this Au, it's driving me crazy 😭
