Okay enough people seemed to be interested and I'm honestly only looking for a reason to yap, so here we go:

The main premise is that the reader is a noble born during the Tang dynasty (I have yet to make researches about it, and I make LOTS of researches during my writing process so this might change) who, after surviving a nearly fatal sickness during their childhood, was left disabled, therefore they struggle to do many tasks which are normal for common people (walking, standing for long periods of time, doing any kind of challenging physical activity and so on). Not many people are aware of this due to their reserved and stoic nature, and so at court they are considered "the mysterious imperial censor who never steps foot outside their house".

For context, the role of the censor was to investigate corruption, potential abuse of power, and other forms of misconduct of officials and nobles.

They are admired, but not beloved by many.

Sun and Moon are a simple dual automaton who works in the Inner and Outer Court, depending on their tasks, which is usually physical labor that cannot be normally performed by humans.

The reader, as a censor, is sent in the Inner Court to invertigate a potential corrupt official, and a certain automaton catches their eye. The censor has reason to believe their servants are not as loyal as they claim to be, and doesn't trust them enough to allow them to assist them in their day-to-day life. They struggle to walk for more than a couple of minutes, and maybe, the helping hand of a robot could help.

Also, someone who goes in and out of the Inner and Outer Court multiple times a week can quite literally be their ears and eyes without drawing suspicion.

And so, Sun and Moon are quickly bought to the imperial censor, someone they had only seen two times during their stay, someone who is refined, elegant, noble, stoic—beautiful, and they can't believe their eyes.

Their task, from now on, will be to follow the censor in their every step, aiding them with every little problem they may encounter and providing support whenever needed. They are being promoted from scrubbing walls and pavements until their joints lock up to holding the hand (not really, but u catch my drift, right?) of someone as beautiful as you 24/7.

They are quite happy, as you can guess.
