having a child can seriously ruin someone’s life financially, socially, physically, and emotionally. but having a tapeworm does not. it may make you lose weight, cramp up and give you diarrhea, but it cannot ruin your life to the same extent having a child can.

that being said, it is very likely that tapeworms feel pain, and medications used to get rid of them can hurt them more than they hurt you. tapeworms will go away eventually, so no need to rush and end their lives early. learn to make the best of the situation and save a life instead of being selfish and killing the poor thing.
