I hate when people say suicide is the easy way out, they have no idea the pain you must be in to want to end your own life

When you’ve been through a lot of heartbreaks and pain, you tend to question the real love someone is giving to you. But remember that the wrong person won’t love you even if you gave the entire galaxy to them but the right person will still love you even if you have nothing but yourself to give to them. The right person will make you fall in love with yourself and you will love the person you are when you’re around them. Maybe time is a thief for keeping you waiting for this person for so long but god always makes sure that you know the value of this person so that you won’t push them away.

People who make you feel good for going about your work are very rare and very important. Know to cherish them at all costs.

As a songwriter, feel everyone would try to dissect the lyrics and find out people who they can attribute to each line in a song. I said this before releasing my debut EP and I'm telling it again. Songwriting is a form of expression and I am so proud that I am representing a generation of songwriters to come. Songwriters are often subjected to playing victims and constantly singing about themselves. A songwriter's inspiration can come from anywhere. I've learnt so many things after putting out my music. I've been asked questions like, "will you write songs about your cat?" these questions are so sickening. Inspiration can come from anywhere. Songwriters struggle with questions asking about their inspiration for the song even when they do not wish to continue answering it. It is sickening to be a part of a narrative which you never even heard before all because of a word in a song which attributes to another person even when you didn't mean for it to go that way. So if you think songwriting and putting out music is an easy job, think twice. Songwriters face so many issues which are even worse. Songwriters are criticized by listeners for their songs. The thing listeners need to understand is that you chose to listen to the artist and you can stop if you hate it instead of calling their songwriting cheap and petty. Musicians need to put their entire heart, mind, body and soul in making a tune which is catchy and to make it adored by the audience. Musicians have struggles too. I produced all the tracks in my bedroom, I played the piano and recorded it, I created the beat online and recorded it, I applied effects to the audio, I mixed the tracks, I uploaded it on all streaming service, I made the Pre-save link and I am proud to say that I did all of this on my own. Please respect songwriters and musicians. xxxx Rach 💌

“She practices being herself every day. Having to shed the layers of other identities took time. She even lost friendships. She couldn’t fill their egos anymore. When you focus on yourself, and love yourself, some relationships have to go.”
