Mere takes pictures of mushroom.

Once Alice and Mere are inside, Mere finds a locked door.  They need to get inside.  

Mere takes notes on the door and starts to gather more information about the lab.

Mere studies the plants growing on her balcony.

Mere calls Alice to tell she needs to compare the regular white mushrooms to the odd Strangerville mushrooms (If the things growing all over Strangerville are fungi and, if they are fungi, what’s growing under the surface?)   Whatever they are (plant or fungus), the implications are too scary to face alone.

Mere and Ted talk.  The piggy bank’s belly is empty.  Mere is not happy.

We’re see how Ted likes grilled fruit for breakfast and also for dinner.

Mere plants some vegetables, so, at least, they won’t starve.

More plants on the balcony.  Mere has to do right by her family.   Then back to researching the Strangerville mystery.

Ted wants to research files for work and doesn’t want anyone bothering him --that includes Meredith.    

PS.  I replaced Ted’s evil trait with the mean trait since Meredith was uncomfortable with having Ted in the room and that didn’t work for story purposes.

It’s Vivian’s first day of class in the newly rebuild school.  She is happy to be teaching.

Sorry, I haven’t posted in awhile.  RL has been crazy.  I moved then settled into my new house.  Here are some pictures of vacation homes.  Flora loves pink.  I’m a big fan of pink, too.

Everyone does Eloise’s vacation home first.  Here she is surrounded by her books and two reading lights.

Bruce wanted a gaming area.  I am not sorry.  

Berta wanted baskets.  One of those baskets has a baby in it.  Those are my first three vacay home.  Enjoy.

I’m all dressed in my uniform and ready to work.  

I, usually, know the name of a company before agreeing to work there.  Lottie, better late than never.  I suppose I will actually have to work now.

My nephew bought me Happy Home Paradise for my birthday.  I almost didn’t get to play it because he only gave me the card he bought from Target without the game code.  After we ripped apart the card, he searched the trash for the receipt.  Luckily, he found it.  I didn’t have to go back to Target and explain that no one gives people birthday presents with the receipt (It’s gosh to tell someone the price of a gift.).  Maybe, Target should have put the game code on a receipt without the price because most people not ordering the DLC online are getting it as gifts.

I was this close to not getting the DLC because the receipt was in the city dump,  Disaster avoided.

Patty is still out and about - taking selfies in the rain.

Eventually, we both decided to stay in Canberra’s place.  Canberra and I are troublemakers.  It’s too early to say anything about Patty.

I totally get you.  Some days I thinks most of my nearly 2400 items in inventory are DIY supplies.

Patty was a starter villager on my child’s island.  So this is the first time I’m seeing her walls and carpeting.  I wonder what furniture she has in her boxes.  It can’t all be DIY supplies.  Or can it?

Yes, I bought a blue hair accessory from the Able Sisters between photos.  Thanks for noticing.  Back to the story.  It is all about Raymond and he knows it.  Festivale, Animal Crossing New Horizons, everything.  It is all Raymond - all the time.

It’s also about Tia, Lyman (who is smashing it in all green), Butch and Canberra.  It is also about dancing and collecting feathers.

I had an ah-ha moment on the beach while knocking coconuts off a tree with a flimsy axe.  Now I know how to make a golden axe.  It just came to me.  It must be the ocean air.

The sky is especially pretty tonight.  Those must be the northern lights.

Back home and ready to craft a golden axe.  I only have the golden net left to get.  I still need 4 Summer bugs then I’ll have all the golden tools.

I had a mailbox full of valentines.   All ten of my villagers gave me valentines plus Isabelle.

Lyman, it is only 7 o’clock in the morning.  You will be getting lots more valentines throughout the day.

Brewster, you shouldn’t have.  No hot chocolate for me in real life.  But I’m all for virtual sugar since it wouldn’t mess with my insulin. And don’t tell me what I can or can’t eat or that one day won’t hurt.  One day leads to everyday.  So I’m enjoying to virtual candy.
