"I love you too~" He's tucking his fingers under Alex's clothes now, and he gently grazes his teeth across his lover's neck as his fingers wrap around him to start stroking him slowly. "I love you...so much..."

✘ - " I never want to make you sad..thank you.."

Alexander reassured him, and he felt rather stupid for messing up his words that badly. He huffed softly and closed his eyes. This alone elicited gentle and quiet moans from him. "I love you," Spoken through the noises.

With a small smile, she asked shyly, "Can I ask you something?"

Cal scoots closer and tucks his other arm behind Alex's shoulders to both hold him and keep him close. As he leans in to press little kisses against his fiancé's jaw, the hand on his thigh slides further, eventually pressing and rubbing against him through his pajamas. "I'm more than happy to satisfy you."

✘ - The evidence of what he was trying to say was there, sure enough. And he didn't know why he woke up this way either but he shivered at the contact..

"Yes so it wasn't a rejection on your part. It was a misunderstanding. I should.. stop being so ..well please don't feel sad."

That perks his ears up. He's at least smart enough to fill in the unspoken blanks when more context is given. "Wait. You mean..."

Hold on. He has to test this. A hand reaches out to tuck under the covers and suggestively trail its fingers along Alex's inner thigh.

✘ - Alexander caught that.

"It's not that I don't want to, my love, but I do not wish to bring you harm in any fashion.. the blood would get on the sheets and... that's not what I meant..." He was so terrible at communicating. " It is my fault. And if I say what I meant, I might die form embarrassment."

"Sure."

Oops. Rejection. An ear flicks as he lies back on his side of the bed. At least he's still smiling on the outside.

How silly of him to try sating his fiance's request.

✘ - Alex gently pushes his arm away form his face. " That isn't quite what I meant but do omelets sound good to you, darling?"

What a silly thing to suggest, he doesn't want to get that much blood in the sheets.

"Mm. I can offer part of me if you like." What does he mean by that? Is it an innuendo? That doesn't seem like him—

Wait why is he holding out an arm—

✘ - " Well I'd say you but if I did that you won't be here and I'd be very distraught.." He laughed quietly. " I am not too terribly sure, how about omelets or something?" Alex was throwing out a random suggestion.

She giggled a bit at his response, "Touche"

"What a marvelous idea, my deer." He yawns. That's a lot of sharp teeth. His eyes close afterwards to blink away the sleepy tears that formed from them watering. "Mm. What are you feeling today?"

✘ - " Wonderful because I don't want to get up, just want to stay here with you." It was comfortable, he was comfortable. Cal was comfortable and getting up would make him angry, he knew it. " I could even summon breakfast in bed so that won't be an issue if we get hungry."

"Anything. Everything. Not my fault. Ever."

Dove blinks at him confused, "What's never your fault?"

His ears fold back. His tail wiggles. His antlers reshape into small hearts. He hums. "You're very kind to me. I appreciate that about you." He noses at Alex's cheek. "It's Sunday. We don't have to. We can stay in."

✘ - " You are never dull.. you are bright..." Alexander yawned, and pulled him closer. "Do you know how bright you make my afterlife...? " Something about highbeams crossed his mind but he didn't say it, it would sound stupid. " I don't want to get up..."
