Hello, I know none of you know me personally, but I just want to ask for donations to help me move out from my toxic family. They're in the verge of disowning me just because I want to choose my own happiness. I'm living with a sister who wants to control every action that I do, even just by going out to recharge after doing all the chores in the apartment. I make sure she and my niece has something to eat before I go out, but she's not contented with that and seems like to control me going out to be miserable just like her.
Even a cent would help me move closer to moving out from this family that doesn't appreciate my efforts. I am grateful to all amount and every soul that clicks to donate. Thank you.

It was Connor's birthday, and he would be turning 2 this year. To the outsider, it seemed adorable when Hank picked up a dog themed happy birthday card, only to watch him turn to Nines and ask "Do you think your older brother would like this?" With a serene nod, they would both smile and walk away happily, leaving behind an aisle of very confused shoppers, considering that they may have had too much coffee.
For a two year old, Connor had been through what most wouldn't have gone through in two lifetimes. He had helped resolve a civil war, joined a revolution, and had bought enough dog toys for 10 dogs instead of one.
Nines really did admire his older brother, after witnessing so much anger and violence, Connor had come out of it all with just a few quirks and a love of dogs. Brother, Nines reminded himself, it felt nice to be able to call people his family, people to care for and protect.
Hank also adored his partner, who he now saw as a son. He thought that Connor was a bit naive, sometimes being absolutely hilarious when he wasn't really trying to be, but Hank couldn't be prouder. He had helped Connor feel alive, and Connor had helped him start living again.
For his birthday, Connor had adamantly decided to not take the day off, arguing that his friends and family were at the precinct anyways, and that he loved doing his job. However, they had convinced Fowler to send Connor off to interview a witness. Sure, Fowler really didn't usually do things like this, but he knew that the android deserved a good surprise for his birthday. So, with a sigh, he wished Nines the best of luck in arranging his brother's birthday party.
Nines had convinced Gavin the night before to help with the party. Sure, he had been hesitant, he still mocked Connor at the office, albeit much less than before. Nines had made sure that Gavin was more diplomatic, but was pleased to find that Gavin was already trying to be more civil towards Connor. He had even begun thanking him occasionally for his help (which had left half of the precinct stunned but that's besides the point). Gavin finally agreed, and had signed the card Nines had written, and even added a small note beside it.
Connor waved goodbye to Hank, and after raising a questionable eyebrow at how excited Chris looked, he left the precinct, all five of his friends springing up immediately.
"Alright guys, we have approximately 36 minutes until Connor arrives back at the precinct, so I think-"
"THAT WE SHOULD START MOVING," said Tina as she ran straight for the doors, already intent on getting the cakes from the bakery down the street.
Hank rustled through his drawers, pulling out a line of bunting to hand across the bullpen. It was dotted with paw prints, and seemed almost childish, but Hank knew Connor probably couldn't care less, and neither did he.
Nines collected all of the cards, a small one from Fowler, one large one from the 'Jericrew' sent by Markus, one from Tina, a pale blue one from Chris and his family, the puppy one from Hank, and a couple from other officers. Nines scurried over to Connor's desk, and placed them all standing up, smiling as he stepped back.
It was all coming together, Chris had brought in the balloons he had hidden in the maintenance closet. Earlier this morning, Connor had gone to collect some paper towels from there, and all five of them had started panicking. They were saved by Tina's rather exaggerated performance of falling and dropping her reports, making Connor leave immediately to go help his colleague.
The doors to the precinct opened, and Tina arrived with the two cakes, one for Connor and Nines, and the other for the rest of them.
Now, for the big surprise.
"This is nice Nines," said Chris smiling, "He's going to love it".
"Of course he is," said Tina, "he should arrive soon, I can't wait to see his reaction".
"Really outdid ourselves, huh Tincan," said Gavin, with a little smirk.
"Yeah, it's so sweet of you Reed," said Hank, full on smirking at him, "finally warming up to him a little?"
None of them had time to hear what sarcastic Gavin would reply, as they heard the doors to reception open.
It happened in a flurry.
"MOVE CHRIS," Tina pulled Chris to hide under his desk with her.
"OW! TINA THAT'S MY ELBOW!"
"GET BEHIND THE DESK OLD MAN," whisper screamed Gavin.
"OH YEAH? YOU'RE THE ONE RUINING THE SURPRISE! NOW'S NOT THE TIME TO ANNOUNCE YOUR PRESENCE REED".
"All of you shush! He's coming," said Nines, ready with a confetti canon in hand, all too excited to blast it.
Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap.
"...Guys?"
"SURPRISE!!"
All five of them jumped up from the desks, and Connor stumbled back a few steps as Nines unleashed a shower of confetti.
"Happy birthday, son".
"We brought cake for everyone!"
"Almost the same age as Chris'-," Gavin began with a mischievous smile, but saw Nines' elbow about ready to strike him and decided against continuing, "But happy birthday Connor".
"Happy birthday brother," said Nines, hugging his awestruck brother, who was taking in all of the balloons and decorations with an bright smile.
"...Thanks guys," Connor's LED shone a brilliant blue, matching his beaming smile, "You really didn't have to!"
"Come on! We brought gifts, so you better tell us which one you like best," said Tina, with a small smirk.
"We got that cool thirium cake from the bakery," said Chris, "Oh! Even Gavin signed a card for you!"
"Really detective?"
"Don't get too smug about it," said Gavin, but Nines knew he was only teasing, and gave his boyfriend a smile.
Connor was absolutely delighted, he read each card at least 3 times, stopping to give hugs to his friends and family. Hank had actually managed to get Connor to shed a tear, which made him get up instantly and give his son a hug.
Everyone piled their gifts onto Connor's desk, each wrapped with differing degrees of neatness. Tina had brought in a rather adorable dog plush, Chris had brought a shirt with light blue dog prints, Nines had brought a coin collecting kit, and Hank had brought a watch, knowing that Connor would love the professional look of it. Gavin was about to bring a coffee machine, but after a few disapproving looks from Nines, had decided on a coffee mug instead.
Connor's eyes lit up, "A DOG PLUSH?!"
"Knew you would love it," said Tina, with a proud smile.
"Thank you so much offi- Tina, I'll take good care of it."
Next Connor opened up Chris' bag, and smiled at the shirt he took out.
"I love it," said Connor, his eyes tracing the patterns.
"For some reason," said Chris sarcastically, "I thought it might suit you. Glad I guessed right. Didn't really know if you liked dogs too much".
"Who doesn't," said Connor, making everyone laugh and nod their heads in agreement.
Connor grabbed the coffee mug.
"I like it very much detective, I'll keep it on my desk."
Gavin smirked, and Nines knew that he was actually feeling pretty proud of himself.
"I do appreciate the sentiment, it will remind me of you," remarked Connor, smiling at Gavin and giving a little wink.
Connor carefully removed the tape with expert precision, careful not to tear the blue wrapping paper as he opened Hank's gift.
He smiled as he opened the box, to look at the shiny watch within.
"I love it," the watch snapped on and fitted Connor perfectly, reflecting his delighted smile back at him, "thank you so much, Hank".
Only one gift was left, Nines had wrapped his in white wrapping paper, with a nice springy bow sitting on the top.
Connor slid the box put of the wrapping paper, and chuckled at his brother's gift.
"You always seem to know what I really need Nines," laughed Connor, "I'll use this plenty, I assure you".
"Where have you been keeping your coin collection until now?" asked Nines, who knew that his brother loved to collect coins, he had seen him pick up quite a few around the precinct.
Connor slowly opened up one of his desk drawers, and all 6 of them started rolling in laughter when they saw it was filled to the brim with coins.

This is freaking AMAZING.
Honestly I’m surprised we didn’t get a nightmare like this in Kenobi.
