This is my last post now. I think getting termed from Santae is a great way to end this. For me.

It's the next part of it. It shows closure and I no longer need to keep up with the drama since it doesn't, nor shouldn't, affect me anymore. I lost a whole dollar to this site, but I also lost a good chunk of summer with a friend due to alpha-ing, beta-ing, and being staff on this site.

I'm lucky I lost way less on this site than I did on Sylestia.

I hope those who are able to forgive CJ are able to move on from this and enjoy Santae in whatever form it takes. I hope those who cannot find peace and are able to find their place in the world. I hope staff is well and not harmed by CJ's actions. I hope CJ steps down and finds peace himself.

I got no joy from joining another petsite that had so much drama that I literally said it was speedrunning drama to a friend. I got joy in seeing it all burn, sure, but this site took shit I can't get back.

I hope all get what they deserve in the end.

When I'm able to be active now (which is evenings due to RA job amd classes) that's when a lot of other people are also active and, thus, I don't answer a lot of questions. I don't count hours being on the Discord because l'm not completely and solely on the main Discord and don't ever want to overcount minutes. Same with looking at the forums. I only count that time actively answering questions/welcoming users. So l'm afraid I won't meet the quota. Hello! I just read the announcement and I don't know if I could reach 5hr miniumn. When I'm able to be active now (which is evenings due to RA job amd classes) that's when a lot of other people are also active and, thus, I don't answer a lot of questions. I don't count hours being on the Discord because l'm not completely and solely on the main Discord and don't ever want to overcount minutes. Same with looking at the forums. I only count that time actively answering questions/welcoming users. So l'm afraid I won't meet the quota. I don't want to stop working for Santae, though, because you guys are the best staff I ever worked for!

My experiences with CJ and Ember.

The name "RainbowSheepish" has been tainted for me. If you wish, you can still call me RainbowSheepish here, but I'm posting elsewhere under the name "TakeToTheTransient" (implied space event. Transient space event).

Dear Rainbowsheepish,

We're so excited to have you join the Santae Team (“Team”)! This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the responsibilities of staff members relating to information that they will come across while attending to their official duties.

1. Confidential Information

As a staff member, you will be privy to information and artwork before any of the site users. You will be participating in conversations about future content, including events and site features as the Team works through them to bring them to life on site. Any and all information and/or artwork that has not yet been provided to the public via official channels (social media, Discord, on-site news) is considered confidential information. If you are not sure whether certain information has been made public, please do not hesitate to ask in the staffdiscord server!

2. Your Responsibilities

Confidential Information should remain within the Santae Team. Please keep discussions about Confidential Information limited to the staff discord channel and/or direct message with other staff members. Confidential information should not be used for personal gain on or off the site (i.e., to create account wealth or for personal projects).

3. Breach of Agreement

If you disclose confidential information, it will be considered a breach of the Agreement. Violating this confidentiality agreement is grounds for removal from the Team and/or from the site. 4. Exceptions

Santae does not employ anyone (permanently. Freelancer may be like a contract employee? Not sure how Santae organizes this) (minus CJ and maybe Ember at this point), as Ember (in DMs) corrected me when I asked if I could say I worked for Santae in the staff chat.

DeletedUser: The main distinction is that volunteer roles have no minimum quota and are paid in site credits. You arent held to any sort of standard when it comes to activity or timelines etc. The freelance roles (artists) however are held to tight deadlines to complete set amounts of work in pre-agreed time periods, so thats why there is the distinction [smiley face] /end ID]
