Food diary #1
Breakfast - left over green tea and water (0 cal)
Lunch - Single Pork Rind (1-2 cal)
Dinner - Egg salad on 1/4 of Pita bread with a bottle of sparkling water (184 cal)
Snacks
- Strawberry Raspberry "Nice cream" (183 cal for a full bowl)
- Half of a fun sized Kit Kat (70 cal for 1 out of 2 sticks)
- Two Reese's Cups (300 Cal, not recommended as a treat-)
Recipes
Egg Salad and Pita
- 1 boiled Egg (78 cal)
- 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise (40 cal)
- 1/6 cup of chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt, pepper, any spicy seasoning and garlic powder (none of the bottles said, so I'm saying 1-3 call for all of it)
- 1/4 of a Pita Bread slice
Simply cut up the egg, and add it to a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. I'd also recommend tasting a little along the way, since the Pita slice isn't large enough, and you can make sure it's tasty.
Strawberry Raspberry "Nice Cream"
- 2/3 cup of sliced fresh strawberry (35 cal)
- 2/3 cup fresh raspberry (43 cal)
- medium sized banana (105 cal)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (20 cal)
Freeze all fruits for at least 4 hours. I had mine in for a day. Be sure all are cut into easy to blend. Put into a blender or food processed and add the milk, blending until smooth and creamy like ice cream! Eat immediately! (If you freeze it, it turns rock hard lol)
Total calories for the day - 757 ( mine is actually 752 since I did a little workout but eh)

Tasty low calorie drinks!
So, I know everyone is about their diet coke, but I absolutely hate coke in all forms. I prefer fruity tasting things, and I'm sure others do as well. So, I have two drinks, both at or under 10 calories to have!
PurAqua Sparkling Water
So, this drink is a large bottle (12 fl oz) of delicious soda! I say soda, because it tastes nothing like sparkling water! It comes in 3 flavors as far as I know. It is also just a small 10 cal, for the whole thing! It's also naturally flavored, so it tastes fairly close to what the flavor is meant to be. There is also none of the horrible sugars and unhealthy ingredients in this drink. I got this at the price of 0.65¢, at a wonderful store called Aldi.

PurAqua Sparkling Frost
This drink is incredibly tasty! I got the flavor " Orange Mango ", and it tastes exactly like both! This drink has much better taste than the previous, but it has more calories for a smaller amount. This drink is 5 cal, but taking into consideration that the other bottle is nearly the same height, and two times as wide, it's clear it isn't as low cal. That being said, it's so good and so low calorie compared to other drinks! I love it with a passion. Definitely good if you want an alternative to juice or soda. This drink cost 0.55¢, which I also got at Aldi! (The blessed store)

My dinner
So, this is more of a breakfast but I didn't know what to make, so I had this!
Onion, Cheese, and Egg omelet
- Single egg (70-75 cal)
- 1 teaspoon of Happy Farms Taco style cheese (around 9-12 cal)
- 1/6 of a cup of onion (around 13-15 cal)
- 1/8 of a teaspoon of Salt and Pepper
Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and cook in the microwave for a minute and a half. (depends on your microwave, I'd just watch it.)
Total calories - 91
(Depends on your ingredients)
As always, take a drink before and after bites, and enjoy your food!

My lunch today yeet
Yesterday I binged and went above my calorie count by like, a thousand. I think it was because I tried to be too restricting too soon? So today I'll have one or two meals around 300 cal, and 1-2 snacks under 50 cal.
I ate 3/4 of the bread and none of the grapes, which totals to 203 cal.
I also had Green Tea and water to drink between bites.
Anyways, here you go!
Pita bread and Cream cheese triangles
- L'oven Fresh Plain Pita Bread (180 cal per 1 serving)
- Happy Farms Original Cream cheese (90 cal per 2 tablespoon)
OPTIONAL
- 10 red grapes (34 cal)
All you need to do for this recipe is measure out your cream cheese, and spread it evenly on the Pita. Be sure to start small, because you can end up using less if you spread it really well! (thus, less caloriesss) Then cut into triangles and enjoy!

My lunch ❤
I was going to have breakfast this morning but decided not to, so I'm having lunch!
Scrambled Egg with Peppers
- One large egg (70-78 cal)
- 1 mini sweet pepper (color doesn't matter lol) (10 cal)
- Salt + Pepper (0 cal I believe)
• OPTIONAL •
- Hot sauce (0 cal per tablespoon, I added a tiny tiny amount though.)
Just mix it all in a bowl and put it in the microwave for about a minute and a half. I also had 10 grapes as well as green tea that had a bit of pure lemon juice and Stevia.
Total Calories - 122

So, this blog is kinda gonna be a diary?
Even though I already have a real one that's a book?
Anyways, I'll just post here things I've realised about myself and such.
So, as I wrote down what I ate today for the first time ever, I noticed I don't each much variety in food like most overweight people. I just eat 2-4 things but in such large amounts and consistently through the day it's harmful. I also don't exercise like, at ALL. So, starting tomorrow I'll be going on walks around my neighborhood with my mother, and having scheduled meals. My mother has Parkinson's, and is thus changing her diet so she can be alive for me and my brother's, so we will be having healthier foods in the house. We are also eliminating red meat(caused colon cancer in my father and took him), which will help me stop a lot of temptation for bad meals. (Burgers, Bacon, etc.) So, I'll post how tomorrow goes and hopefully I will have eaten under my calorie goal! If anyone has any weight loss tips(idc how extreme) please let me know!
