What is your favorite type of chocolate? What is your favorite type of sweet?
Chocolate is definitely my favorite type of sweet, mostly because I'm not a huge sweets person in general EXCEPT for when it comes to chocolate.
Like I'm awful about desserts. Cookies? (Cup)cakes? Brownies? No thank you. I am not interested. Unless its carrot cake or mint chocolate cookies. Otherwise? Don't care. Go away forever
As for my favorite chocolate, Anything with peanut butter in it. For a long time it was peanut butter M&Ms specifically. Reese's are also my everything.
But I'm also big on Hersheys (i have been eating so many hershey kisses recently i cannot emphasize enough) and Rolos (caramel will never be peanut butter to me but it's good) and Andes (I like mint) and Dove chocolate (its got a good texture) and. Yea. I like chocolate
#i do NOT like almonds though. So no chocolate with almonds. Or any form of nut that is not peanut butter.#And it saddens me every time I ask someone for peanut *butter* M&Ms and they accidentally give me Peanut M&Ms :(#it happens more often than you'd think dHGLKSJDGH#ask#AHGHHHH i want mint chocolate now. all i have are hershey kisses. unbelievable <- chose that for herself on purpose

#Not a teacher but I volunteer at a lot of educational events wherein I talk to A Lot of small children#I sit at a table and I hold a scorpion or tarantula or a roach or whatever for a few hours and tell children all about it. it's great#it's my favorite thing ever to do. But Also.#i have most certainly developed This Mode. of speaking.#and repeatedly have I accidentally turned that mode onto fellow volunteers . Or Friends. It is so embarrassing GHKSJDGH#sweetly and softly i hit that 20 year old volunteer with a ''oh careful now! careful! Mr. Herman (roach) is fragile! Be gentle!''#because my brain is still in the mode of 'speaking with small toddler who does not fully understand how to touch a bug gently yet'#IN ALL FAIRNESS there are a lot of full grown adults who do not know how to handle a bug either. BUT STILL.#multiple times have i had to apologize because i realize i am speaking to this full grown adult as though they are 5 years old ghSKDJGH#reblog

#i have a pretty common name (irl) that my mother then damned me with by giving it an uncommon spelling#so it's constantly being misspelled. even by my own family members#it's not even a difficult spelling. it's not like a 'katelyn = kaeightlyenn' sort of thing. it's a single letter difference#but that single letter is always tripping people up#regardless it doesn't really bother me since I'm so used to it.
