The other night husband and I were watching a documentary about the yeti where they were doing DNA analysis of samples of supposed yeti fur, and every one of them came back as bears.

Anyway, the next night we watched a thing about some pig man who is supposed to live in Vermont. People said it had claws and a pig nose but walked upright like a man. Now, I happen to know that sideshows used to shave bears and present them as pig men. So every piece of evidence they gave of this monster sounds to me like a bear with mange.

So now the running joke in our house is that everything is bears. Aliens? Bears. Loch Ness monster? Bear. Every cryptozoological mystery is just a very crafty bear.

Bears. They’re everywhere. Be wary. Anyone or anything could be a bear.

But I checked his medical records and his teeth issues are worse than I thought (severe gingivitis, POSSIBLE periodontitis or tooth resorption) despite the previous vet telling me he has 100% healthy teeth. What the fuck?

This alongside the stomach mass feels impossible. I won't give up. I won't.

Right now, he's eating (only liquids), he's not lethargic, he doesn't seem sick. The teeth issues can be reversed, at least, even if the stomach mass cannot......

Please. I don't want him to be in pain. If the stomach mass is cancer, I don't want his last days to be full of suffering. Please help me.

If i had an evil doppelganger i would simply invite it to come live with me. if i can get a wfh job so can it, i'll even let it borrow my resume. Cut our housing costs in half. Double our odds of getting chores done because we each know the other is Watching And Judging if we don't do the thing we said we were gonna do. Way easier to make the bed. Write twice as fast by trading off outlining and drafting. Hello! Yeah please send me something, I'd appreciate that a lot so I can remove them. Full disclosure I don't really know who you're talking about or who you are, so I would like to remind people to take this with a grain of salt for now. If any proof was shown I would absolutely call them out before blocking.
