REALLY IMPORTANT TO ME

Hey y'all, umm I got a question.

Okay so first of all, sorry if I sound dumb. This information isn't really something I've read about. I do get the umm, I think the basic details but I can't really say I know know what is transgender and what makes a person trans, and how do they have transition, so I really wanna ask about it but I had no one to explain it to me??
