Day 26! Went a little over today... Frank was craving Jamba Juice so I agreed to share one with him. 230 calories for HALF a Jamba Juice! 😲 This is why you’re not supposed to drink your calories... Then we split a candy bar that I snuck into the movies for date night. 229 calories for HALF a candy bar! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Needless to say I’m still hungry. Day 16! Today went much better than yesterday. No irritability! Pro tip: Kalamata Olive paste and grapes taste AMAZING on a salad!
