Akiyama Rotation 4:

Pretty soon, it was time for Jenna Akiyama to have her baby! Since their rotation went on longer than it should have, she was able to have her baby quickly at home. Soon, her and Kado Akiyama had their new baby girl, Sachiko Akiyama.

Jenna had been tired of her job for awhile now, so she decided to quit it and spend her time taking care of the new baby Sachiko. Soon, she became an infant, and turned out to be super cute! We'll see more of her next rotation!

Akiyama Rotation 4:

The next morning at school, Haru Akiyama skipped first period to go for a jog. During lunch, he happened to bump into Alexandria. They hadn't spoken much since prom, so he asked how her weekend was. It felt a little awkward since she kissed him, and that's... been it.

Luckily, Haru was saved by the bell and went off to class. Alexandria sat right next to him, possibly trying to get his attention. Class (and school) was over, so he stood up, said,

"Okay, well, see ya later, pal!"

...and then walked out. As he left, he could hear Alexandria, frustrated,

"Dude, what the fuck??"

Meanwhile back at home, Miki turned up to see Jenna and Kado Akiyama. Jenna was excited to tell her that Miki will be getting a new sibling soon! Miki laughed, a little shocked, and they all shared in the humor of the moment. It was super unexpected for everyone, but they're all excited for the new little one.

They went to get an ultrasound now that she's in her second trimester, and Jenna saw that she's having one little girl! Suddenly everything felt more real, and they were even more excited to welcome their little girl.

However, the next morning, she felt something was really off. Due to her age, she knew her pregnancy was going to be riskier than normal. Her blood pressure was skyrocketing, and she went to the hospital right away with Kado. Luckily, everything was okay with both her and their little one!

Akiyama Rotation 4:

Haru Akiyama made it to prom and met Alexandria there. They met up, but she went to chat with some friends while he danced on the floor for a bit. Eventually, she came back to slow dance while everyone else was getting food.

Eventually, prom drew to a close, and Alexandria won prom royalty! After the ceremony, Haru addressed her majesty, and unexpectedly, she walked over and kissed him!

Haru then went to a post-prom meetup with a bunch of other teens. Marina was there, and her twin sister Risa, AND Alexnadria! This was a real test to see where Haru's affections lie, but he found himself drawn back to Marina. They were surprised to see each other, and after some lighthearted flirting, embraced each other closely.

He kissed her in front of everyone, Alexandria seeming to not mind. She handed him a rose, saying,

"I ended up not going to prom, but I thought I might see you. I got you this."

"Oh, uh," Haru stalled for a moment, shocked, but continued, "Thanks, Marina.. I was thinking. I want to get to know you better after that last date."

Marina smiled coyly as she walked off, saying, "Well, I'm single and I'm looking for a boyfriend. I'm sure that tells you plenty."

Akiyama Rotation 4:

Meanwhile back at home, Jenna Akiyama discovered that she was actually... pregnant? They weren't really trying for more kids, after all, their youngest was a teenager. They're getting a bit older, too, and were preparing to be empty nesters again. But, they do have an extra room...

Jenna sat down and explained the news to Kado Akiyama. Jenna was totally fine not pursuing this pregnancy if he didn't think it was a good idea, but he told her not to worry. They get to be parents one more time at least?

Jenna went to see the doctor and everything looked good so far. She began to accept it, and she felt a mix of emotions. She's excited, a little scared, but ready.

Akiyama Rotation 4:

Before prom, Haru Akiyama found himself still thinking about Maira Watson. He stopped by her house beforehand just to check in and let her know. She was glad to see him, and then pranked him with a hand buzzer to lighten the mood!

They hugged as he had to leave to meet his date, seemingly on good terms, but Haru only caught a small glimpse of her sad face as he walked out the door.

Akiyama Rotation 4:

Jenna and Kado Akiyama still love going to all the festivals in Mt. Komorebi. The Festival of Lights is a particularly beautiful one, and they got the whole family to make it! Haru Akiyama got to see both Miki and Taku at the festival and catch up with everyone.

Haru wrote a wish on the Tanabata Tree, but it's a secret what he wrote! Miki tried her hand at fire dancing by the bonfire, and actually performed it pretty well! But Jenna danced a little too hard and sprained her ankle, unfortunately. It sucks getting older!

Akiyama Rotation 4:

Haru Akiyama got up before school and saw that Jenna Akiyama slept in, so he went to tend the garden in the morning. He actually really loved taking care of the plants, and found his new passion! Maybe it'll stay a hobby, or it could be a future career?

Then Haru went to school, where he met another cute redhead. He seems to have a type! He felt instantly attracted to her, and decided that he should skip class to hang out with her instead. Pretty quickly, Haru had a new crush on Alexandria Kang!

As they got ready for their second period, Alexandria actually surprised him by asking him out to prom! He happily accepted, but... there was one question he forgot to ask her.

"By the way, you're not like... seeing someone, right? That's why you asked me to prom?"

"Well... I guess you could say I'm seeing someone. He's already graduated, though, so I don't have a prom date."

Hmm... Well, he already said yes, so what's the harm?

Akiyama Rotation 4:

Kado and Jenna Akiyama had a date night of their own next. Except, this couple's dates look a bit more like climbing a mountain! While they weren't attempting to climb all of Mt. Komorebi, they did get a lot of exercise.

They took a picture together after their little climb, and then took a nap in the onsen right after. The next morning, though, Kado was starting to feel a bit burnt out with work. Looks like someone needs a day off!

Akiyama Rotation 4:

Now that Haru Akiyama is single again, he decided to try out that new teen version of Cupid's Corner to meet someone new. He met a girl named Marina who was definitely his type. They went on a date, got to know each other a bit, and flirted. By the time it got dark, they had gotten decently close, and Haru felt himself getting a bit of a crush.

What made it even better is that she suggested taking things back to his place!

They walked back to his place, kissing outside, and Haru sneaked her upstairs to his room. They messed around in bed for awhile, and fell asleep cuddling.

Luckily, Haru was able to sneak Marina outside before anyone else woke up, so his parents didn't catch him. By the time Jenna Akiyama was getting ready for work, he was just doing his schoolwork after eating breakfast. He did skip first period to take a nap in the locker room, though, because he didn't get a lot of sleep last night!

Akiyama Rotation 4:

Miki Akiyama still comes around pretty frequently, much to Jenna Akiyama's delight, but Haru Akiyama's frustration. She's a great daughter, but a troublemaking sibling. Bright and early, she shows up to say hi to Jenna. Then, she walks into Haru's bedroom, turns on his radio, and leaves the room. Haru tried to start an argument about it, but she didn't care.

Ugh, she's so annoying! Just get out of here already!

But now that he was up early, there was something he needed to do. He had started dating a girl from Henford-on-Bagley awhile ago, Maira Watson. But they had quite an age gap, and she's already heading off to college while Haru has a lot of high school to do still. He showed up to her house on the way to school and asked to be friends. If they get back together one day, that'll be great, but he didn't want to limit his own or her experiences in the meantime since they only just started dating anyways. She was a bit sad but totally understood!

Then he got to school and decided he'd rather play video games instead.

Kado and Jenna Akiyama have been happily married in Mt. Komorebi for many years, and their twins have long since moved out on their own. Now, they have one teenage son living at home dealing with his own issues. Haru Akiyama is navigating high school, love, prom, and figuring out his own passions.

Nishidake Rotation 4:

Breanna Nishidake still couldn't get the guy from the night before off her mind. She figured out his name was Aurelio and asked some friends to see if anyone had his number. She invited him over to hang out, just casual! They got to know each other, took some goofy pictures, and stared off into the clouds. Although... Breanna started feeling some butterflies in her stomach the closer they got. She thought she had a crush on Molly, but it didn't feel like this.

Aurelio caught her blushing a bit.

"You're pretty cute when you blush, you know that?"

She laughed a bit, blushed more, and decided that going in for a hug would help hide her face. They pulled apart, and he kissed her hands before going to kiss her neck.

Still blushing, Breanna looked away awkwardly. It was the moment, even if it came suddenly. She decided to go in for the kiss with him! But she didn't want to end it there, she decided she wanted him to be her boyfriend. She asked him out, and surprisingly, he said yes!

What a surprising end to their rotation!

Nishidake Rotation 4:

Meanwhile, Tane Nishidake was at home taking care of the 3 little ones. It also turns out that Eiko Nishidake is a light sleeper, so putting her down to bed was a challenge! Tane got the twins Sayuri and Rin Nishidake to the changing table before bed and tucked them away.

Tane got a little bit of rest before waking up and giving the twins some tummy time. Then it was breakfast, and learned that Sayuri is a happy spitter, so... It got a little messy during feeding!

Soon, Eiko woke up so it was time to get her breakfast and prepare some hot pot as an easy meal to share with Breanna Nishidake. She caught him up on all the prom drama, and then Eiko started the habit of singing random little gibberish songs.

Tane is definitely missing Kaori Nishidake, but has everything handled. He made some food for later, and then ran himself a nice hot bath. The perfect place to escape for some relaxation, and a nap. He definitely deserves it!

That night was prom for Breanna Nishidake and she went with her date, Molly. The pair had a great time kissing, dancing, and trying to ignore that Molly's mom is the principal and watching them. Molly won prom Royalty, and Breanna went to give her a big kiss on stage!

They went to a prom after party as well, when Breanna noticed someone really attractive. She's seen him around but never really talked to him. But she was there with Molly, so she spent the rest of the night with her! Although, Breanna never really felt the need to make things official with Molly, and still doesn't.

Nishidake Rotation 4:

That evening, Kaori Nishidake had a post-birth complication and was losing blood fast. Tane Nishidake took her to the hospital, but she had to stay there for awhile. Luckily, she was okay!

Little Sayuri and Rin Nishidake are quite a handful on their own, not to mention Eiko Nishidake is aging up soon! Tane can handle it, but a little extra help never hurt. Time to bring in the family!

Tane's family came over to help celebrate Eiko's birthday, and Breanna Nishidake decided to make the cake. It finished while Tane greeted his family, but it didn't turn out great. While an imperfect cake doesn't seem like a lot, not many people see the struggles she deals with day to day. This cake felt really important to get right, and her first impression to extended family she hasn't met. Unfortunately, this left her terrified of messing more stuff up!

Tane took this time to introduce the new additions to his family, while Breanna got to know Tane's teen sister, Malia. They were fast friends! Then, it was time for Eiko to blow out the candles!

Eiko became a toddler! She was instantly such a charmer, and definitely a daddy's girl. She hugged Tane, and went to go say hi to the rest of her Sulani family. Then, she was asking Breanna to read her some books! This little one loves to have fun!

Nishidake Rotation 4:

The next day at school, Breanna Nishidake made sure to eat lunch instead of skipping it like usual. She got some meatball bites, and while it was a bit of a struggle, she was able to eat it. It left her feeling a little stressed during her next class, but... It was love day, and she wanted to go to the mountain! She knew just who to call.

Breanna went on a date with Molly, who had never been snowboarding before. Breanna was hoping to show off a bit, but didn't stick the landing! Molly played it a bit safer for her first time, and ended her attempt standing up.

After they both had fun snowboarding, Breanna kissed Molly and gave her a tulip. They went back to the onsen to warm up, when Breanna serenaded her with a song she made to ask Molly to prom!
