We invite you to join us for dinner on Saturday, December 12th after 6pm to try new specialty items prepared by Chris Ekpiken, AKA Chris with a Twist! (Reservations are recommended. Seating is limited and based on a first come, first served basis only.)
Christopher Ekpiken is the 13 year old kid chef from Ann Arbor, Michigan who competed on Food Network’s Rachael Ray’s Kids Cook-Off TV series. He is inspiring kids all over the world to channel their inner chef. Chris will cook it up in the kitchen with Mainstreet Ventures’ Executive Chef, Brent Courson, and Real Seafood Company’s Chef, Dan Gawura, to prepare three new items for guests to try as part of our specialty menu offerings.

Twisted Asian Wrapped Shrimp Crispy noodle wrapped fried jumbo shrimp with mango-chile sauce, served with a shaved carrot and cucumber salad
Stuffed Peppers with a Twist* Whole bell peppers stuffed with seasoned and sautéed ground beef with onion, smoked paprika, curry powder, lime juice, and brown rice, topped with a sassy sauce of fresh ground walnuts, orange vinegar, sesame oil, teriyaki, lime juice and chili flakes *(Item may not be available for order. Limited supply only.)
Cream Puff Twist This holiday version of the classic cream puff is made with a peppermint and white chocolate mousse filling, drizzled with warm dark chocolate sauce

Taste of Ann Arbor Sunday, May 31st
This annual community event features local restaurants offering visitors bite size, and some not so bite size, tastes of what they do best. Tickets for food tastes can be purchased at the event for $.50 each.
Forty of Ann Arbor’s favorite restaurants will be set up on the two blocks of Main Street between William and Washington. Food prices range from .50 (1 ticket) to $4.00 (8 tickets), nothing is priced over $4.00!! Tickets are sold at the event by strolling ticket sellers, look for the blue aprons, and at ticket booths on Main at William and Washington.
Family fun abounds with live entertainment throughout the day served up by Bank of Ann Arbor’s Sonic Lunch.
