Next

The next man that touches me will be the last. I am not, nor have I been, in such a desperate state to settle for the next guy that comes along. He will earn me, respect me and appreciate me and I him. Too many men are interested in game playing. I'm only interested in living a full life surrounded by people who love it as much as I do. How did I get to this state of self awareness? Time. It took time. Considerable reflection, even maturity that only comes with experience. So to the men who tried to use me, hurt me, disrespect me, I thank you. You helped me grow as a person and learn what I was willing to accept and what I won't compromise. To the first man I ever loved, my father, thank you for teaching me to be self-sufficient and only depend on those I choose to depend on. To the little man for whom I live and breathe, I will only surround you with people worthy of you and your heart. To my beautiful daughter, I will continue to set the example that was set for me. To never let anyone disrespect you, to know your worth, to not accept anything less than what is deserving of your beautiful nature. To the man I will eventually accept in my life, you will be worth it because I am.

Happy Birthday to me! 39 yo today and loving every minute of it! Ladies if you haven't tried them, you must! I'm wearing @vegas_nay lashes and they are bomb! You can gey them @target They survived lunch with my daughter, a kids' movie, dinner with BOTH kids and a couple cocktails. I'm sure they'll survive bath and bed time too. I love the glue on them!
