Okay so to the 2.5 people left on here, what do we think is gonna be the deal with yanis’ online girlfriend? Maybe its actually a guy? Shes just insecure? Its someone he knows?

Also who do we think the next main will be? Its probably between yanis, jade, the babysitting boy or the sidekick boy in the clones right

I feel like the cleo and rym pairing was so rushed like there was absolutely no moment i thought rym had a crush on cleo, im happy they didnt do a big romance plot but at least make it clear they actually like eachother instead of just throwing it in randomly damn it was just so platonic and even then it seemed like rym didnt even like cleo as a friend most days

And honestly im surprised they were so adamant to be friends with rym like if someone treated me like that theres no way imma keep trying bro, probably not a great message to send to viewers to be in toxic friendships, or that you can be nasty to people and theyll just take it and befriend u anyway

Also shitty way to deal with the foster parent thing idk if it was resolved off screen as i only just watched the full episodes but damn i thought after maya they were gonna show an actual loving great foster family

Why is his mother so nonchalant about it all????? Like hes screaming so loud in the middle of a restaurant at her telling her theyve been living in a school basement and struggling for food and shes not phased at all just asks about his grades and stuff, its so weird??? And the writers wrote her this way since the beginning too, she didnt seem to even care when they got evicted and that her two sons are homeless. And she randomly quits her job with no backup job in place, knowing they have no money or home.

It would have been cool if she quit to be with them and she finds work nearby, but i guess the point is to portray her as not thinking anything thru which is how the debt happened in the first place and leaves bilal in the situation of being the responsible adult sorting it all out once again

Everytime bilal talked about his mother’s restaurant with his brother i kept thinking about this post lol (i mean of course the writers have to let us know their backstory somehow so no shade to them for it)

Also when jo just magically reads his situation exactly correct its just a bit forced idk. I really really really hope they stay platonic friends pls skam france everything else is going so well, we’ve surpassed the need for love interests. It would be so powerful just a guy and a girl being close friends and bilal finding love thru friendship and family instead

Also i gotta say Redouane and zak are my favourite new gen characters so far, hopefully they get even more scenes and dont get ruined, i love how honest zak is compared to bilal who lies constantly (and that zak being honest actually works out for them)

Like i dont mind him being straight, but if he dates jo it will piss me off. Maybe laura as she’s in the credits? That would be nice to see more of her and get more disability representation. But ideally he dates nobody and we get a happy single main for the whole season for the first time

Tiff has parents who will help, the babys damn father who will (and should) help, she has money to pay for nannies/nurses who will help. Its not like she’s exactly struggling for support here

I get tiffs upset with her parents, but this is a child’s life and you gotta put aside your own feelings here as ur kids safety should always come first

God them constantly whispering after being called out by the teacher is so annoying. It happened in s5 with arthur in detention and in skam spain too, it gives me anxiety that the teachers gonna interrupt and shout lmao

Like bruh could max seriously not just wait to talk to her??? Why did he decide that a room with other people inside and a teacher staring at them & interrupting every 2 seconds would be the best time to apologise for breaking her heart. If i was Tiff id be getting more pissed off

I guess to some it was a nice gesture that he got in trouble just to spend detention with her, but to me thats just stupid lol

Its getting kinda repetitive that every season theres a love interest, they break up, and then they reuinite

S1- eva and jonas break up, reuinite, then break up again, and then reuinite again in s4

S2- noora and william break up and reuinite in s2, then break up again in s3 and reuinite in s4

S3- isak and even break up and reuinite

S4- kind of happens here too, i mean yousef kissed noora and gets blocked and then they speak about it after

S5- arthur and alexia break up and kiss in s6 (okay maybe not as much with this one)

S6- lola and maya break up and reuinite

S7- tiff and max broke up and will likely reuinite

S4 wtfock- k*to and mojo break up and reunite

S5 druck- nora and josh break up and reuinite

S6 druck- fatou and kieu my break up and reunite

Like bruh we get itt, its so predictable now because ive seen it a million times, so them breaking up just doesnt make me feel anything and neither does the dramatic reuiniting.

If the s8 main gets in a relationship and i have to sit thru yet another breakup and reuinion scene im going to eat glass

As for tiff and max now- This scene would have been much more original and powerful if they used it as a way to show teens how to resolve their relationship issues healthily if they just talk through max’s insecurities and worked through them together as a couple. Theres other plots they could be focusing on too, so this shouldnt be a case of ‘shit we’re out of content/drama now, so lets break them up quick’.

Okay im confused how Tiff’s issue is called pregnancy denial... she wasnt in denial about the pregnancy if she literally had no idea right? Because the baby bump wasn’t showing as it was against her spine?

She isnt in denial about giving birth either, she admits it happened. Shes just traumatised by the experience, thats not the same as denial
