"It is, isn't it? I was baffled. I think she thought I would ask for more or something. She told me her daughter is a fan, but couldn't find the courage to approach me herself. She said she was going to keep an eye on more artwork. Though the next piece I'm working on is a commission for some dude in France," Isaiah explained.

He nodded after the kiss on the cheek. "You're welcome, if I spend the money on myself, then I'll go broke, and there's this car I really want. Hopefully, I can sell the next two art pieces I'll work on after this commission. Besides, I don't mind getting a gift for a friend who supports me."

Kiara's orbs widened in surprise by the news of his art pieces being sold. "Isa, that's amazing, and totally crazy that she would want to be pay triple. But you are a damn excellent artiste, so I'm not surprised by that fact, actually," she answered with a soft giggle escaping. "More people should know about you, and they should be put up or auctioned in a collection of sorts. Honestly though, this is really sweet. I love it. Aww and you are being sentimental and shit," she teased with the brightest grin. "Thank you," she added.

Clearing her throat as she spun around, her fingers moving her hair out of the way, before letting it fall back down after he finished. Her hands were unable to stop from lightly playing with it. She beamed at his words. "I'll never take it off," she promised. "It's too cute," she gushed. "Thank you," she muttered again and stepped closer, lightly kissing his cheek in gratitude

"Guess I will have to, especially since I work in a garage and I'm always working on cars," Logan responded to her comment of having a reason to clean up more now.

Logan shrugged. "Yeah, but never really showed interest, seeing as most of them were girls from school who stuck around and had families here."

As he walked her to his car, he nodded at her comment about having to look the part in California.

"Well, look at you, Ms. Hollywood over here, probably be the closest thing to a celebrity Ironwood has ever seen."

He laughed at her talking about picking her up in a Honda. "Oh, come on, you know me, I'm all about the muscle, never been caught dead in a Honda, I do have my old truck, but the AC went out, don't want to ride around sitting in your own sweat, do you? She probably would, she stays up late working on her father's car If I'm lucky, I can dodge her when I get home; she doesn't know yet. But come on, cleaned up, car washed, that's very date-wise behavior."

He opened the door for her. "Okay, out of town it is."

Logan smiled as she opened the door and kissed him on the cheek. "This is probably the first time in a while I actually cleaned up, haven't really been going on a lot of dates despite a lot of interested women, you look good, still got that flare, even after all these years," Logan responded.

He looked back at his car, "Even had to clean her up, can't be driving around on a date with her looking dusty. Though I did have to dodge a million questions from Caitlyn, I have a feeling she'll probably figure it out."

Turning back to Nadia. "So, you ready? There's this new restaurant in the town over, we can try, unless you want to keep it old school and hit up the old diner?"

Logan smiled as she opened the door and kissed him on the cheek. "This is probably the first time in a while I actually cleaned up, haven't really been going on a lot of dates despite a lot of interested women, you look good, still got that flare, even after all these years," Logan responded.

Nadia kept herself busy but memories of her teenage years with Logan kept rising in her mind. It was true what she said, she had dated a few guys, but it never got far, never got serious, because no one compared to him, or how he made her feel.

She showered, getting the dust and dirt off and got into a nice dress, and heels, before doing her hair and make up.

She was just putting her earrings in when she heard the door and smiled. Suddenly nerves were balling up in her stomach, even though she knew him so well. She grabbed her clutch and walked down the stairs, smiling as she saw him at the door through the glass. Opening the door, she lent in and kissed his cheek "You scrub up pretty well." She teased lightly.

Logan chuckled. "I'm sure if there was a bean stalk, I probably would've climbed that as well, so long as there was a giant at the end," Logan joked.

"You're right, they're Christian's kids, so I'm pretty sure some of his recklessness probably got passed down to them despite their mother's best efforts."

As he got ready to get back in his car, he looked over to her. "Always, and it's good seeing you again, can't wait for tonight," he said as he smiled and got in before driving off. To him, it felt like the day was going by slowly. Caitlyn had asked him if everything was alright, and it was, but he didn't tell them about Nadia; he'd tell them later. But when seven finally rolled around, he was dressed, cleaned up, and on his way over there; he had forgotten to get her number, but he was sure she was just as excited about the date as he was. He had even gotten the Mustang, cleaned and waxed, ready for date night. When he pulled up, he walked up to the door. God, it had been a long time since he stood on this porch. He rang the doorbell and waited.

Nadia laughed again "I kind of like having it there, a little reminder of the lengths you would go to to get to my room." She teased lightly. "Might make a plaque and everything and put it above it." She then joked.

"The fun would be at the end of the stairs." She joked lightly as she smiled at him. "Though I am sure you know that." She then said, a light blush on her cheeks as she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and looked down for a little bit.

Once she lift her head again, she laughed "Well I am sure its in their genes, so they have no hope." She joked.

Nadia then nodded again "Seven sounds perfect. I'll be ready." She smiled "Glad to know you remember the place. See you tonight."

Enzo went to go find Bonnie, who seemed to be in the kitchen having a cup of coffee, and smiled when she slid him a cup, stating she fixed it just the way he liked it; smiling, he took a sip before setting the mug down. "So, love, how do you feel about a trip to Paris?" Enzo said as he placed two plane tickets on the counter before her. "No big deal if it's not your cup of tea, but the flight is next weekend, which gives us plenty of time to pack and research what to do there once we arrive," Enzo explained.

"Let that be proof of what a drunken teenager did when he was in love, but if you're fixing up the house and need that fix, I don't mind fixing it, I did break it after all."

Logan shrugged. "Now, where would the fun be in that, knocking, but I don't want to seem like a creep, so I can settle for knocking on the door and climbing the stairs."

He shook his head. "Nah, Caitlyn seems like the one who follows the rules, somewhat. Zach, on the other hand, I see his father in him; he might be the one who breaks them. But I'm not teaching them any of my tricks; their mom would kill me."

He smiled as he started toward the driver's side of his car. "Great, then I'll pick you up at seven, and of course, never really forgot."

"Well I guess I will let you off then." She chuckled. "Though, she never did fix that bit of trellis that you broke trying to use it to climb up." She replied. "Saw it this morning, very much still broken." She chuckled. "Well, you have certainly grown up. Looks good on you though." She smiled.

"Or perhaps just knock on the front door and climb the stairs?" She suggested, a smile on her lips. "I'm pretty sure I would let you in."

As he mentioned Samantha and her kids, Zach and Caitlyn, she laughed softly "I am sure you are a very fun uncle, but I hope you are not teaching them some of the things you used to get up to." She replied.

Nadia gave a small nod as he said he needed to head back to the garage "Yeah, I should probably head back to the house to clear a few more things." She breathed.

"Well I suppose I will need to stop the house renovations to eat." She replied. "Seven sounds good." She replied. She stroked his arm gently "I will see you then, you know the address." She winked.
