After passing out, hitting my head on the ground, landing flat on my face and being knocked out cold [luckily found quickly by my hubby], it's a wakeup call. We ALL do too much. We all worry to much. We all thing just one more thing on the to-do list (that I wrote two nights ago from 3am-5am) isn't too much. Until it is. I'm so grateful to be able to work from home, communicate in different time zones, have Jasper with me at all times, have a body that allows me to work out, maintain friendships, and the list goes on. But there's a breaking point. Unfortunately as Mamas sometimes (always) we put everyone else first and worry about everything that could possibly be worried about, but if we don't find the time to quiet our mind, no one will do it for us.
