Can I be considered medically recognised system if? :

★) I have diagnosed c-ptsd

★) I struggle a lot with dissocation, I did almost all the time honestly

★) I do expierience memory loss and gray outs even tho I have never mentioned it in therapy nor with psychiatrist

★) two "specialist" told me that people talking to me in my head and having their own knowledge amd consciousness are propably the way my brain is making it easier to overcome struggles but if I dont mind than its fine and I should just ignore it (absolutely crazy TWO specialist told this a literal kid I just stopped talking about this expieriences with my specialists im too embarassed now even if I have new one)
