Which Bean are You?
Wherever the location, the best beans- the ones with enchantingly complex flavors and compelling characters, known as arabica- grow under some degree of stress, like high altitudes, intense heat, or long dry periods. Such harsh weather conditions can produce high-quality beans, but also fewer beans per tree. This makes arabica coffee more costly, which is why most mass coffee producers opt to buy cheaper robusta beans. Produced in more predictable and mild climates, robusta beans are less expensive because they deliver a higher yield per tree. But most robusta beans also taste harsh and rubbery, sort of like sucking on a pencil eraser.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Rejuven8urrelationships: Apology
We're human. We will hurt someone and be hurt by someone. But that shouldn't be the end all, be all of relationships. If only we could learn to humble ourselves and learn how to apologize properly, a lot of hurt could be healed, a lot of broken hearts could be mended, and a lot of relationships would last. Here are two sources that I found on how to offer the proper apology...
From "The Last Lecture" by Randy Pausch
I'd start by describing the two classic bad apologies:
"I'm sorry you feel hurt by what I've done." (This is an attempt at an emotional salve, but it's obvious you don't want to put any medicine in the wound.)
"I apologize for what I did, but you also need to apologize to me for what you've done." (That's not an apology. That's asking for one."
Proper apologies have three parts:
What I did was wrong.
I feel badly that I hurt you.
How do I make this better?
And from the 5 Languages of apologizing by Dr. Gary Chapman
Express regret- "I'm sorry for..." always say what you're sorry for. Do not include the word "but" in the apology.
Express responsibility- "I was wrong"
Make restitution
Repent- make an action plan
Request forgiveness

Lord, I’m not sure what I’m doing, I’m ill-prepared for such a task… And yet for such a task I’ve waited, prayed… In fact, for this great task I’m called, I’m made. So in my helpless moments, When I don’t know what to do… Remind me that in weakness, I find out more of You.
