rules:
500 cal net intake per day
2 L of water per day
8+ hours of sleep per night
post stats and updates daily
workout 6 days a week
no peanut butter, fast food, super fried greasy food, pizza, cake, candies
workout:
30 mins treadmill workout (speed 4, incline 10)
15-20 min pilates & stretching
goals:
jan: 57 - 56kg
feb: 56 - 54kg
mar: 54 - 51kg
bmi in the 16s in april

- 18 y/o
since october 2020 i’ve been struggling with anorexia and bulimia. i have always struggled w extremely low self esteem since before i can remember. however, i don’t know what set of the eating disorder switch in my brain.
i want to feel less alone, and cope and document my journey as i navigate through this illness. i want to use this account as my diary, hopefully posting daily 🤞
