Floral Photography Inspired by Claude Monet by Nikita Gill

Poet and photographer Nikita Gill experiments with a series of floral photography the concept of impressionism and the important play of light and dark. Inspired by the riveting work of impressionist painter Monet, her work aims to mimic the color scheme, intensity and the weather conditions the classical artist worked under.

Gill captures the sublime quality as well as Monet’s subtleness.

Hi, I was wondering what tablet you use for your digital art???! I'm looking into getting a tablet to go with my laptop (13in) and i love doin manga/fanart and stuff... do you have any advice or suggestions?!

I use a Wacom Intuos~ It works well! Lately I had an issue with the internal battery, which I hear is common. The go-around is using the tablet’s wireless capability by getting it an external battery that you need to remember to charge. Other than that, it works well! Good luck~
