EMERGENCY - i am suddenly being kicked out of my apartment and have 2 weeks to get out

i just got extremely awful news. after being the primary caretaker of my father, who is a terminal cancer patient, and giving so much of my time and resources, he has decided he is kicking me out. not gently nudging me (as we planned in 2 months time), but kicking me out. we're done. i believe the cancer is not making him think clearly, and due to this, he is making incoherent decisions. but regardless, he refuses to budge on this and i need to evacuate. it isn't safe for me to stay, nor can i stay even if i wanted to.

i have two weeks to get all of my belongings packed and transferred. i have no idea what to do. this is so sudden and all my extra funds have been given to him. i need help. i think i can find somewhere to stay but i need help with transferring/storing my belongings and travel costs.

small update - he is giving me 4 weeks instead of 2 weeks to get out after i convinced him, which is great news! but i do think i want to get out of here ASAP. support so far has been tremendous, and i want to say i do have housing and a plan to leave, but i still will need some help getting the u-box*. * = i'm looking into other options for transporting my belongings, so this isn't set in stone! but for now i want to be safer rather than sorry.

i’m okaysies! just been resting up and thinking about things. how have you been lately?

resting up is so so important... we have to take care of ourselves whenever we can. i've been okay!! there's a been a lot of chaos in my life due to being the sole caretaker of my terminally ill father, but in two months we'll be parting ways... i'll be moving to another state with much better opportunities and he will be in a better area where he can be closer to his treatment...!! so that's a big up!!! ^-^/ just hoping nothing goes horribly wrong in between then, but i really feel it'll be okay.

i've been bouncing my OCs around a lot... >w> and i'm even planning a VN, but i won't be properly starting on it until after i move out... artfight and comms. artfight and comms. but i'm having fun and i'm glad i can draw again confidently!!
