Commander's Log: Old Allies Pt2

It had only been about two months into the war before we received word of an escapee from the Empire. Swiftly tracking what signs were left for us, we eventually managed to find Espio, who'd escaped a prison he and several others were being held in.

He was able to inform us about where he'd been imprisoned, and also about who else was there with him.

Mounting our offenses, we quickly stormed the base to see if we'd be able to rescue anyone else, but it seemed that those who'd been deemed 'more valuable' had already been transported to another location.

But we were still able to rescue several mobians from captivity, including Charmy Bee, one of the members of the Chaotix alongside Espio.

Bringing them back to Angel Island, Espio explained what information he was able to gather during his prison stint. After healing, he was officially made the Capitan of Special Operations, and heads most stealth operations into enemy territory.

Meanwhile, Charmy mostly stays at the base and hangs out with some of the younger members, including Cream.

There were also several other mobians captured who've decided to help the Resistance in ways they can, some of whom I'll cover in the next update.

Commander's Log: Medical Department

The first of very few members of the medical department is a rather mysterious character who asked us to simply call him 'Hood.' He is the head of our medical department and seems to quite literally be a medical genius.

On several occasions, he's been able to bring fighters back from the brink of death with both a hand and skill that he obtained in his many years of training, according to him.

However, he is a rather mysterious character, not willing to share any information on his past, or even some of his personal information. We only know what we do because of what he's personally told us.

But we chose not to pry into his past for the fact that it seems to haunt him. And while there are many questions that most members possess, we tend to keep quiet out of appreciation for what he does.

While Hood is one of very few medics for the Resistance, only appearing to have two others. Their names are Robyn and Daina, and both of them are diligent and hard working.

There isn't much information to share on the two of them either, save that they've been trained in medical usage by Hood, so they do know their stuff when it comes to treating wounds.

If anyone has other questions, then I'd be happy to answer them, and I'll discuss some of our other recruits next time, most of them seeming to have allied with a mercenary company referred to as the Eastern Anti-Egg Alliance.

Commanders Log: Old Allies

Shortly after we'd decided to start the Resistance, we were quick to go and find the allies who hadn't been captured yet.

Our first stop was the home of Cream & Vanilla, where we were able to help evacuate them from the area before the Empire arrived to retrieve Gemerl, who'd been protecting the family since Tails reprogrammed him.

We also began searching for other allies who hadn't been captured soon after, eventually managing to get in contact with old acquaintances of Sonic's.

The two had been living the life of nomads and were rather hard to track down. To be honest, they got in contact with us before we even thought of them. One of them was an old friend of not only Sonic, but the Chaotix as well.

After managing to get them to Angel Island, they introduced themselves as Mighty and Ray. And had heard of the Eggman Empire taking down Sonic, so they came to lend their help.

Just goes to show how much of an impact Sonic had on so many people. But they wouldn't be the last members, I'll cover them in my next log. Please feel free to ask any questions you may possess on the main page and I'll do what I can to answer them.

Commander's Log:

It's been almost a year since this war with the Eggman Empire started. A lot of good people are still inside, while we're hanging on by the skin of our teeth out here.

It all started with a usual attack on Sunset Heights. It was supposed to be routine. But Eggman brought something new this time. Something we'd never seen before...

Even Sonic couldn't match the power of this new weapon. He distracted the enemy long enough for me and Tails to make a getaway. But that's when he was...

This new weapon held him up to the city like some kind of trophy of war. I'll probably never get that sight out of my head.

We gathered the others as quickly as we could for a counterattack. But he was too strong... Only three of us escaped. But Tails disappeared, so it was just me and Rouge.

This fights been going on for over a year. It's taken a lot of effort, and maybe just a bit of hope. But we're finally ready to make some real headway.

It's time to save the world.

Commanders Log: Founders

For the sake of all new recruits, I decided to make a set of updates as to who is currently a member of the Resistance and what purpose they serve.

First are the ones who founded the Resistance after the rise of the Eggman Empire and the defeat of Sonic the Hedgehog.

The main leader of the Resistance is Amelia Rose, more known as Amy. She and I escaped the battle in which most of the others were captured and fled to Angel Island using a hidden warp ring.

She serves as the operations commander and makes sure that everyone who is a member of the Resistance is given what they need to properly do their job.

Overall, she's done well in stepping up to the plate of being the leader of the Resistance, and has proven she's the right hedgehog for the job.

The other founder of the Resistance is that of I, Rouge the Bat. I serve as both the Inteligence Commander and head of Special Operations.

With Tails MIA, it's been left to me to decrypt any files we may find off of the Empires Data base. I was also able to procure some old G.U.N. tech I... procured to help get the Resistance of the ground and even use the Master Emerald to power a prototype cloaking device to hide Angel Island from Empire views.
