These shits?
So. Fucking. GOOD.
Itās a super filling cup of noodle soup. Every time I go to the grocery store, I clear the shelves of all of these.
Every single flavor is so good! Iāve only ever seen veggie, chili tomato, and kimchi, but they are seriously ALL amazing. Itās better and more filling than typical ramen; for about the same number of calories, in fact even LESS, it gives more flavor and makes you feel MUCH more full than a bowl of regular ramen.
And guess what the best part is?
Itās vegan! And each cup 330 cals and less. It may not be the most low cal, but itās a better substitute to most ramen. Most restricting diets can incorporate at least one of these things into it and let me tell you it is SO worth it to use the calories on these bad boys. Kimchi and chili tomato are AWESOME for clearing out your sinuses if your nose is stuffed, and veggie isnāt hot at all if youāre not a fan of
I definitely recommend these if you can find them!!! :D

130kcal for an ENTIRE chocolate cake
If youāve already seen this recipe on MPA, itās because I posted it there a while back. Anyway, here it is:
Ingredients
20g all-purpose flour (72.8)
10g cocoa powder (22.8)
2 egg whites (34)
40g allulose (14)*
Total Calories: 143.6kcal
*You can, of course, use zero-calorie sweetener if youād like. The resulting cake will be 129.6kcal.
Instructions
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and add in the allulose in 2-3 stages, mixing well between each addition. Continue to beat to form stiff peaks.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder, being careful not to knock out too much air from the meringue.
Put the batter into a cake tin, flatten out the surface (or donāt and get an ugly cake), and bake in a preheated, 170ĖC oven for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven but leave the cake in there for 10 more minutes.

Welcome to my blog! š“
š½ Here, I will post all things pescatarian! This is mostly a blog for myself, seeing as I canāt find any blogs that follow my particular diet, but Iād be delighted to help out anyone else!
š„ Youāll find many differing types of posts hereāmost, if not all, will be low cal food-related! There will be recipes from Tumblr (reblogs,) ones I found on the internet or in books, and recipes for meals I made myself. Additionally, Iāll recommend and even rate things that I make for myself!
š„£ While the main goal of the blog is posting pescatarian goods (as in, no meat except for fish/seafood,) I will also be posting vegetarian foods, seeing as they fall within the diet as well! There might be a rare occasion that you see recipes including meat, but I will only post those if itās possible to substitute the meat with fish or non-meat. I will always specify this in the post, too!
š§Apart from my own self-indulgent posts, I am *more than happy* to post to the dietary needs and desires of my followers. At any time you can request a specific food, specific ingredients, and/or specific diet that you would like me to follow, and Iāll try to find something!
šµ Thank you so much if you read through this! Please remember that I am not here to promote anything but the foods that I myself eat, how I feel about them, and their calories. I hope you all have a fantastic day, and that you stay safe! Please feel free to message me at any time if you see the need to do so š
