Can we take a moment to just how weird and impractical this costume is? I get her power requires her to show a lot of skin, but that鈥檚 not what I鈥檓 talking about. I鈥檓 talking about how impractical it is given literally everything. She has to physically open the absolute cleavage to use the front effectively and rip through the back to use the skin on her back, and the belt with the book magnetized to a shelf on the back plus the opening from the neck to the belly, with no support for her breasts like, say, with a sports bra, both makes it look like a pain in the ass to move in. And where are the knee pads? The elbow pads? You can wear protection while still revealing a lot of skin鈥攖hat鈥檚 what ancient Roman Gladiators and costume designers in Fantasy RPG games for female armour both understood!
Like, get Momo a leotard with the midriff and back open. Get her a book bag she can wear across her shoulders. Get knee and elbow pads, and loose the high-heels! Who (in universe) designed the damn thing?

Plotting out a fantasy story and I have an idea for how to integrate both hard and soft magic. It could be like how early Renaissance scientists had a some-what grasp of subjects like physics and biology from experiments and science from the Mediaeval and Classical Greco-Roman eras, but their understanding of those subjects were in their infancy.
In the setting, imagine, magic is something of a new feild of study (despite being known about and used for a millennia in-setting), with mages in-setting conducting magical experiments, writing about them, doing peer-review, and publishing their magical findings in public scientific journals.
