Gerrard 4 England Umbro Away Shirt 2008-2010
Gerrard 4 England Umbro Away Shirt 2008-2010 . Used from February to November2008 . When Fabio Capello became coach, at the beginning of 2008, he picked a different captain for each of his first four games, Gerrard became once in this shirt. He wore number 10 at that time. . A shirt that was reminiscent of the 1982 red Admiral shirt, with its navy and white flashes across the collarbone, was worn only five times over a period of nine months, and marked the end of the distinctive Umbro style of the past eight years. Its debut, alongside that of England’s new Italian coach, was shoe-horned into a friendly against the normally red-shirted Switzerland. According to Umbro, its twill mesh body fabric ensured that it was lightweight and breathable. If the design wasn’t that original, at least fans of new technology could rejoice in the QR (Quick Read) code in the label of the replica version. Scanning it with their mobile phones enabled them to access a unique website for fans of Umbro and England. A truly momentous event. On the field, the players in this shirt performed well. It was memorable for David Beckham’s hundredth appearance and it even saw a rare England away win in Germany, before the shirt was retired, perhaps a little prematurely, due to the fact that Nike had acquired Umbro and subsequent designs were about to go retro on a grand scale. England were to go through 2009, without using a change kit at all. . Made in China . Measurement: Size M – armpit to armpit 20.5”, collar to front hem length 27” . Teammates – David Beckham, Rio Ferdinand, John Terry, Gareth Barry, Jermain Jenas, John Terry, Matthew Upson, Shaun Wright-Phillips

England Umbro Away Shirt 1999-2001 Euro 2000
England Umbro Away Shirt 1999-2001 Euro 2000 . Used from October 1999 to March 2001. . England returned to plain red, relatively unadorned yet extremely attractive, with this Umbro jersey, which was even devoid of the non-contrasting diamond patterns that had been sneaked onto the white uniform. . With Kevin Keegan desperately trying to restore confidence to a team that stumbled into qualification for the 2000 European Championship final tournament, he used the nostalgia of England’s only world-beating eleven by dressing the current team in the same colours as the heroes of 1966, at every opportunity. This, of course, was also exploited by Umbro in their replica sales marketing. . It meant that England wore the shirt almost exclusively in home games, apart from one celebrated tournament victory against the Germans in Belgium, and it appeared to be a lucky kit, despite England’s first round exit with two defeats in their white shirts. . So, when it came to giving the old Wembley Stadium its final performance, a World Cup qualifier against Germany, it was only fitting that the teams should be wearing the same colours as in their most memorable encounter, at least within these shores. Then, it all went sour. It was a miserable wet day, England didn’t perform, Germany stole the points and Keegan resigned. . Made in China . Measurement: loose cutting Size M – armpit to armpit 23”, collar to hem length 27” Size L – armpit to armpit 23”, collar to hem length 29” . Genuine vs Fake: Barcelona Nike 2008/2009 Away Shirt
Genuine vs Fake: Barcelona Nike 2008/2009 Away Shirt
We have obtained a very good copy/fake it will be impossible to differentiate if not because of the unique style code. A genuine shirt will have 286787 code behind the wash tag but the fake one won’t have it and it has a size tag instead.
Other than that are only cosmetics details which you won’t realize if you don’t have them side by side for comparison.
The quality of the printing at the collar is different, and in this case it has the Barcelona motto printed a bit tilted. Both says the shirts are made in Indonesia, which is a bit weird because usually fake shirts come from Thailand.
Nike swoosh logos are a bit similar to each other, but the club crests are different in quality. The genuine shirt has a bolder outline, and the fake shirt looks low quality and cheap. The unicef sponsors is a bit similar to each other. The LFP logo has a bolder outline on the genuine shirt. The Nike-Fit and Nike Team logos are also similar.
The Catalan flag stripes at the back of the collar sees a bolder red lines on the genuine shirt.
Lastly, the washing tag always give the biggest clue to a fake shirt. A shirt with tiny size label is almost always a fake shirt, while the details on the wash tag is also questionable.
However these are all very fine details you won’t be able to differentiate without putting them side by side. The fabric details are almost similar you will be easily fooled to believe it is genuine.

Genuine vs Fake: Turkey Nike 2016-2017 Home Shirt
Genuine vs Fake: Turkey Nike 2016-2017 Home Shirt
We have obtained a very good copy/fake it will be impossible to differentiate if not because of the unique style code. A genuine shirt will have 724638 code behind the wash tag but the fake one won’t have it.
Other than that are only cosmetics details which you won’t realize if you don’t have them side by side for comparison.
The easiest and most obvious is the collar finish. A genuine shirt will have a second layer of cloth to cover the middle hem, where the size tag is printed. A fake one will simply print the size tag on the left side of the hem. The finishing thread is sewn nearer to the collar than a fake one, and look neat and tidier too.
Another obvious feature is the side hem. A genuine shirt will have red lines while a fake shirt is solid black. The hem finishes at armpit but a fake one will continue until the sleeve.
Surprisingly, a genuine shirt won’t have the DRI-FIT logo on the lower right front side. The authenticity tag on the lower front left side consists of combination of letters and numbers, while a fake shirt will only have numbers.
On the back of the collar, a genuine shirt will have the pattern carefully aligned, and the TURKIYE word is larger in size. The finishing is neater and tidier too.
The Nike swoosh logo is similar to each other, but the Turkish logo on a genuine shirt will have a larger crescent moon and star.
In term of sizing, a same S size have difference of only 0.5 inch from armpit to armpit.
However these are all very fine details you won’t be able to differentiate without putting them side by side. The fabric details are almost similar you will be easily fooled to believe it is genuine.

England Goalkeeper Home Shirt 1988-1999 Umbro
England Goalkeeper Home Shirt 1988-1999 Umbro
Home shirt as worn by Peter Shilton during Euro 1988 in West Germany, where England lost all their matches and finished bottom of Group 2. The green colour clashed with the Republic of Ireland’s kit in the first match, so the zig-zags made their debut in the second match of the tournament, as Peter Shilton conceded three goals on his 100th appearance for England; Marco Van Basten netting a hat-trick.
it was Shilton’s end of international career. He was forty years old when this kit was replaced. David Seaman won the first of his 75 caps in this kit. Four-tone green striped shirts appearing as diamonds, making the overall effect look zig-zagged, with black shoulder and forearm pads. Black collar, edged with a thick light-green stripe and a thin dark green stripe within. Embroidered emblem on left breast. Two embroidered white concentric diamonds on right breast, with ‘umbro’ in white lower-case lettering underneath. White number one on reverse in same font as worn at the 1986 World Cup. Black shorts with two embroidered white concentric diamonds on right thigh, with ‘umbro’ in white lower-case lettering underneath. There does not seem to have been any sort of consistency for the positioning of the zig-zags. They all vary in these respects and it suggests that they were made without any set template to line the zig-zags up with any other parts of the shirt.
