~ day 3 of trying april han’s thigh gap workout routine! ૮ ˶´ ᵕˋ ˶ა today was easyyy i might actually start doing this workout twice a day lol cuz its really working like i can literally see my thighs getting slimmer n slimmer!! makes me feel very sexy n swag 8) yesterday my thighs were 49cm and today they r very close to 48 hehe :3 (48.3 or smth liek that) im planning to go on walks more often to speed up the process :33 also i dont think ill be giving more daily updates cuz im practically writing the same thing over n over lol so yeah next update is gonna be at the 7th day!~ lmk if theres any workouts youd like me to try cuz im lowkey starting to like working out lmao sdjhkfdjkbs

daily rin post as alwayz~ today was a great dayy, had breakfast w fam and went for a walk c: i know im posting a bit late but i actually wanted to write down what i eat in a day woo! im actually suprised at how less i managed to survive with lmao + somehow i lost weight?? very sus.. anywayss i hope yall had a great day n drank lots of water<3 ଘ ‘food log’ had a slice of homemade pizza for breakfast (290cal) went for a 5.34km walk! (-298cal) made myself a latte :3 (134cal) then i got a bit hungry and decieded to eat the leftover fries from breakfast jhdhjbcsd (180cal) did the thigh gap workout thingy~ (-55cal according to my smartwatch) for now im at 251calories yeagg and im lowkey starting to get hungry lol , ill go have meatballs with rice 4 dinner! (which is abouttt 264+200=464 caloriezz) so yeah ending the day with 715 cals probably!!

~ day 2 of trying april han’s thigh gap workout routine! ૮⸝⸝> ̫ <⸝⸝ ა today was much easier!! i drank water b4 starting the workout and i think it helped a bit :33 and holy shit cuz this workout works fr!! i marked my thigh with a sharpie and measured it lol it went from 50cm to 49cm lets gooo~ im so happy wtff thinking abt going for a walk today as well im so hyped
