I have theory about how Liyue arc happened.

First of all I'm sorry if its hard to understand because I'm still learning english.

So its start with Zhongli who want to retire but still uncertain. I mean look at Liyue people, they too dependent to Rex Lapis. After that he discover Keqing and her opinion about how Liyue shouldn't be too dependent to Rex Lapis. From there he start to support what Keqing say. We all already know nobody support Keqing opinion about that but Zhongli himself. He the only one who agree about her opinion. Finally he put faith on mortals and retired from archon position with help from Tsaritsa. And then Liyue arc start.

I also thinking about if Zhongli still have his gnosis he will give it to Keqing. Not because he want Keqing to be the next archon but as proof he retired as archon and believe Keqing will be a good leader to Liyue people.

Most people think Ningguang will be the next archon or whatever it is but its weird to me because she only take care of bussiness and politic in Liyue and love Liyue people as it is unlike Keqing who tries her best to make Liyue independent from gods for Liyue future sake. I know Ningguang hate the activity(?) of gods who choose which people will get blessing of being wealthy but did she do something about that? No, she only prove herself can be wealthy without that blessing. No objection or opinion about gods unlike Keqing.

I still get amazed by Keqing character design. I love Keqing so much it's make me go searching about everything I can.

Ok so this is why Keqing have the best design (in my opinion) :

1. Her clothes have many peacock feather design.

I just search a bit about peacock in China culture and its about beauty. Not only that but China phoenix have feather of peacock. SO SHE IS A PHOENIX.

2. Her hair.

Im not talking about her bamboo shot hair or cat ear or whatever. Her hair color change from the end of her hair! She have purple hair but go pale/lighter/whiter (idk how to describe it sorry) on the end which is just look like archon. I know Hu Tao have that too but we talking about Keqing right now and Ningguang is different because her hair go darker instead which is different from archon (I think the end of her hair got darker because she get so stressed in work its make her hair go lighter, yes I think Ningguang have dark hair like Beidous)

3. Her eyes.

Her eyes have the most beautifull design to me. I mean look at that stiletto in her eyes! Normal people have round, oval, cat eyes, stars for Khaneriah(?), but Keqing? STILETTOS! It made me think she actually a goddess according to her hair color and her eyes (remember Venti uses his best friend body so he have mortal eyes design unlike Zhonglis)

I actually have a theory about Guizhong and Keqing. I think they have connection to each other. I know its weird but let me explain.

So what I know about Guizhong is :

1. She smart

2. She have knowledge about architechture (because she know about how city structured and she build ballista. She love her people so much and she smart so I bet she genius in architecture)

3. She have her own opinion about mortal and so persuade Morax to agree with her (which is successfull)

4. She can tame(idk if its the right word, sorry) Morax who still dont know about human emotion at that time

5. Her element is dust (not geo, its different)

6. She is a goddess

If Guizhong win the archon war I bet there will be dust vision or if Havria win it would be salt vision. Good thing Osial lose so there only one hydro archon lol. Cmiiw.

And what connection did Keqing and Guizhong have?

1. Both are smart

2. Both know architechture and how to structure city (Keqing idle animation looking at Liyue structure map)

3. Zhongli agree to both opinion and change from that (Guizhong opinion about how she love mortal and believe mortal is strong and Keqing opinion about Liyue people should stand with their own feet)((I just realized both believe mortal is strong))

Thats it. Weird? I dont care 🤣

Idk but Keqing definitely is one of the most important character in Liyue arc, but why she only appear like 5 minutes?

Reason why Keqing is important :

1. She is the reason why Zhongli can reassure himself to retire.

2. She is the only one who think Liyue better be independent and not ask Rex Lapis about everything.

3. Zhongli is the only few or maybe one who agree with Keqing's thought about Liyue.

4. If im not mistaken Yuheng is the biggest and closest to core in Qixing constelation. Cmiiw.

5. She have peacock clothes design. In Chinese culture phoenix have tail of peacock. So i think she is phoenix. Cmiiw.

6. Her eyes have stiletto design (lol) which is the most unique eyes after Zhongli even tho she just normal mortal.
