I had absolutely no time to make a big drawing for the new chapters but I really wanted to draw Spamton one more time before Chapter 2 is no longer the newest chapter, so I made this as quickly as possible (ft. my Spamton design that I've been drawing since 2021 lol)

Spamton has a very special place in my heart, I was completely obsessed with him during my entire last year of high school and would draw him non-stop. I drew him so much that I could actually see visible growth in my art skills, and I really do believe he benefitted my art a lot. I mostly did sketches back then and rarely posted my art however, so I don't really have anything to show for it :/ I feel like I owe the number one rated salesman some art, so I wanted to draw him one more time before the new chapters release. I wish I could've made something bigger but oh well, this silly rough drawing will have to do.

Sometimes I debate changing the way I draw Spamton since my art has changed a lot since I developed that design, and sometimes I worry it's a little too far from canon Spamton... but ultimately, I have a great sentimentality for the way I draw him (and my Spamton phase in general, it's hard to explain sorry). Maybe next time I'll try something different, but it felt fitting to stick with my old design for this one.

Kaput & Zösky animation yippee!! Also another thing I've had basically done for months (March) but only now got around to posting. I started this as a silly thing while in the middle of a different animation (also K&Z related, still a WIP) and I ended up liking it way more than expected so I put this together in a few days. The art is kinda messy since this wasn't supposed to be serious or anything but ah well... The only changes I made before posting were slight edits to the animation/timing and adding the doodle in the outro. (sorry if change in style is noticeable)

Part of the reason I made this is because I've yet to see any fan animations for this series, so I wanted to make one! The other reason is because I thought the idea of making an animation of Kaput and Zösky with a silly cutesy song would be funny given how comically evil they are. This might be out-of-character? I based it on the ending of Kaput Is Indisposed because I think about Zösky's reaction to Kaput being himself again a little too much. Their relationship is very sweet to me :] I see this as ship art but I suppose it can be viewed as platonic too? Or a secret third thing, whatever they are in the show idk

Also just for fun, here's the thumbnail I made for the YouTube upload. I finished this today and I'm ngl I couldn't get it to turn out how I wanted which is why I'm putting it under the cut instead. Oh welllll

Extension Corps art dump part 2: Kaput & Zösky edition??? (Jan-Mar)

When I get reeeaaaally obsessed with multiple things and the interests are fighting in my head like two wolves, I like to cross them over even if the source material has no correlation whatsoever. I just think the idea of making art that fills an incredibly hyper specific niche is funny. These are from January except the Ten smoking gif, all pretty rough especially the animatic but I made them quickly for fun.

Okay so when Brothership was first revealed I saw a lot of people comparing the Extension Corps to the Best Fitness Friends. I was actually unfamiliar with them because I never played the BIS remake and when I saw them, Beef and Dieter reminded me of Kaput and Zösky, mostly because of their almost identical color palette. I even ended up sketching them together in September. (I was still very much learning how to draw Kaput and Zösky)

Anyway, getting reminded caused me to watch the show again. Both Kaput & Zösky and the Extension Corps have been living in my head simultaneously since then and I guess it's caused me to permanently associate the two with each other oops lol

Besides that, I also think Kaput makes a good voiceclaim for Ecks which is why I made the animatic. I don't think Zösky's voice fits Ten very well but their characters kinda give me similar vibes? So it still works I guess. I also made the animatic because I immediately thought of Ecks when I remembered that clip, given the whole handwashing exchange in Brothership.

The Ten smoking gif was just me goofing around because I've joked about Ten smoking despite not having a mouth and I really love the Zösky smoking a comically large cigar clip.

I'd like to make another K&Z Corp animatic someday! I already have another idea that I briefly started a while ago but I don't know if I'll finish it, I'm struggling a bit. Also I feel really bad for not including Shun in any of these so he will be in the animatic if I do finish. I do not want to contribute to Shun erasure

greetings to the kaput & zösky fandom (all 5 of them)

Finally posting fanart for this series! It's been sitting almost finished in my art program since February, my drawing style for these two has changed since then but I figured I should touch it up a bit anyways so I can finally post it somewhere. (Rambling about K&Z and my art under the cut)

I've been into the show for about 2 years now, but I'm only now getting around to making art for it because I didn't actually finish it until the end of last year. (funnily enough mario & luigi got me back into it, will explain in another post of art i have later)

I made the sketch in January for fun, never intended to fully render it so Kaput and Zösky are more stylized than how I normally drew them at the time. I didn't like the way it was turning out so it sat unfinished in my gallery for months. I still don't like it that much, especially since the way I draw them now doesn't really look like this anymore, but eh whatever I guess.

I will definitely be posting more later! I've got several WIPs and a few things that are almost/already finished. Might also post misc stuff about K&Z since this isn't exclusively an art account and it's such an obscure series that there isn't really a lot of discussion around it (from what I've found at least). I apologize to everyone who follows me for something else and has no idea what this is. These evil aliens have been stuck in my brain consecutively all year and I don't know why. help

Extension Corps 2024 Art Dump

This is most of the art I made that was posted to other platforms/is still worth posting. I wanted to separate it from the art from this year since some of it is pretty old (some were made before the game was even out!) The first drawing of Ten was already posted here for the M&L art collab, but I'm including it anyways because I still really like it and it's... well it's still the only fully rendered drawing of any of the Corps that I've made lol. The next three images are from before the game released (although I finished the third one shortly after it came out). And then there's some out of season winter art including ornaments I made. I can't even make a Christmas in July joke, I'm two months early.

shout out to the extension corps gotta be my favorite cables. Jokes aside I do really love them, they're definitely my favorite Mario RPG characters.

Hi! Name's Jam, or you can call me Aqua, either is fine. Due to some personal events, I lost most of my art accounts. I'm now starting from scratch here.

For the time being, I'll be posting my older art that never got posted here while I was on break, from late 2024 to April. Once I get around to posting mostly new stuff, I'll redo my pinned post.

My current interests are Mario (more specifically the Extension Corps from Mario & Luigi Brothership) and Kaput & Zösky. All of the art I'll be posting will probably be related to either of those two (or both) for a while. Besides that, I also love Kirby, Undertale/Deltarune, Hollow Knight, and a plethora of other things!
