Reblog if you’re non-binary and on HRT, or considering hormone therapy in the future.
Hormone replacement therapy has absolutely changed my life. It has not been easy, and it can even be a challange for my loved ones at times too. I wish I had started sooner, honestly. But just like so many others, I got caught up in the doubt and insecurity that HRT wasn’t for me, because I didn’t see myself as wanting to make a complete binary shift. … Now, 1 year and 45 days into HRT, I realize just how amazing the human body is, and the many forms it can take. I think it is important for endocrinology to begin better acknowledging non-binary identities and the future of hormone therapy for non-binary folk. I am creating this because I personally want to find other non-binary peeps on HRT, and perhaps answer questions that my non-binary followers thinking about hormones might have.

Just in case anyone is curious and doesn’t want to look them up.
Chapter 64:

Chapter 137:

Someone: So, exactly how obsessed are you with Aizawa?
Me: Enough to know that in chapters 64 and 137 they used the exact same panel of his face. Literally the only difference between the two is the background color. I have compared them.

Who Killed Markiplier Theory
I have a theory. It's inspired by other people's observations as well as my own. I welcome feedback if anyone feels like it. Fair warning: this is long.
Let's start at the beginning. Who died first? For a while I thought it was Damien and that Mark was pretending to be him, but now I'm not so sure. Damien said that Mark is out there "walking around in my body." That could imply impersonation, but I don't think that's right. The wording seems odd. He could have just said "Mark's pretending to be me," but he didn't. Celine also said "Mark's not the only one that can use this place to his benefit" when referring to the dark place after death (I'll call it limbo). That would suggest Mark had been there. I think Mark did actually die in chapter 1. Who killed him? He killed himself. That's why he made the joke about how he could be dead the next day. He knew he would be. His body was the only one present in limbo, everyone else was just a spirit. That's where his body went when it vanished. He wanted to make sure no one could use it to escape. Celine's status as a seer is proof of magic existing in some form in this world. She said, "This whole time I thought it was the house but... I never thought he'd fall this far." That would suggest Mark was dabbling in some kind of evil magic, which could be responsible for the lightning (maybe it wasn't triggered by the groundskeeper because he was completely unconnected to Mark?). I think he learned how to control limbo somehow, or at least he learned how to freely access it. I think he went there when he died and waited for his plan to go into action.
Next is Damien. I think he died some time late in chapter 2 or early in chapter 3. I'm not sure how or specifically when. Either Mark had something set up ahead of time or he was able to take control of Damien's body when he briefly disappeared from view (maybe he had a power surge when Celine showed up?). I came to this conclusion because, once Celine says she wants to talk to Mark, Damien tries to stop her. Why would he do that? Wouldn't he want to know how/why his friend died? It seems like a fairly sudden behavioral shift. I think Mark as Damien wants to stop her because she wasn't part of his plan. "I just didn't think you were the type to become mixed up in all this." If he wanted her dead he would have invited her at the beginning, but he didn't. She was never suppose to come to the manor. After he can't stop her, he realizes he'll have to kill her and possibly us as well. When we go after the groundskeeper, a red herring, he thinks he got lucky. He pretends to be worried about Celine to stay behind with her, and kills her as soon as we leave to prevent further trouble. Mark as Damien likely fled shortly after, which is why we never see his body. The light from the house that frightens the groundskeeper was Celine and Damien trying to come back into her corpse from limbo. We can see this at the end of chapter 3: if you look at Celine, she has Dark's signature red and blue glow. For some reason, however, she isn't stable and disappears soon after the door is closed on her. It's possible Mark did something before leaving that caused this. It seems likely that her body is completely destroyed, because when we encounter her and Damien in limbo he says, "You're trapped in here just the same as us, but your body... Broken as it may be, it's still out there." which implies that her's isn't. I also think this is what causes the distorted reality that leads us to the detective's room. Her body falling apart/exploding releases magic that reacts with the manor and distorts time, causing echos of words from the past and future to ripple throughout the house.
It's well established by now that the three of us together become Dark. Some people think Celine is left behind, but I find that unlikely since Dark has her red glow. I think the reason our body is stable when Celine's wasn't is because Mark wasn't the one that killed us. He couldn't make our body inaccessible either, since he was already long gone. As far as the mirror goes, I don't think we were left behind like some people think, at least not all of us. It's been suggested that the part we left behind was our humanity, replacing it with a desire for vengeance against the man who did this to us. It's also been suggested that it's our freedom that we left behind. This idea comes from the fact that the crack forms directly on top of the door that leads outside, implying that this is our existence now and there's no way to escape that reality. Either way, I feel that there are three people inside dark because on other occasions when he's appeared he sometimes had a third color. Sometimes when his colors separate, green can be seen along with the red and blue. This is of course referencing a monitor's RGB lights that create all screen images, but if red and blue correspond to Celine and Damien then why wouldn't the green be us? Though it would seem that we are less dominant/powerful, as the green appears the least often of the three. We have also learned that Celine is likely the source of Dark's powers.
Finally, we have the colonel. Again, it is already well established that he is Wilford Warfstache. I also think he is technically a mistake on Mark's part. Mark likely had a plan to kill him along with the rest of us, but something went wrong. It is also possible Mark wanted to pin the murders on the colonel. Either way, madness was likely not the end goal. In fact, that madness basically created Dark. Had he not shot us, Celine and Damien would have been left stranded in limbo, possibly for eternity.
Well, that's my current theory. I probably forgot to cover some stuff, but I think it's long enough as it is.
