Food: I am currently still in a fast coming up to 23hours as i’m writing this. 92.7kg in 4 weeks, I actually cant believe how much the fasting has aided my weight loss. As i said earlier, today is my BIRTHDAY! WOOO! 29 Baby! SO! As it is my birthday weekend, i’m gonna let up a little with the strictness and have a few beers, a few pieces of cake and pretty much let it all hang out haha BECAUSE, YOU STILL GOTTA ENJOY LIFE! SO I’M GONNA. (although, this long fast be to my detriment when i start drinking hahaha) I’ll probably check back on Monday/Tuesday after i’ve pulled myself off the bathroom floor and kick my own ass with a couple big gym sessions :) <3 Bassy

Day 16.
Alright, it’s actually today.
March 13. Weight: 96.05kg Steps: 2,359
Workout: BB SQUAT 3 x12 @ 40kg + bar / 45kg + bar / 55kg + bar Kettle Bell Dead Light 4x12 @ 20kg Prone Leg Curl 4x12 @ 32kg / 45kg / 45kg / 45kg Leg Extension 4x12 @ 32kg / 32kg / 45kg / 45kg Food: Tomato & Basil Tuna 95g Lemon & Pepper Tuna 95g 2 x Wholemeal Wrap Bread Homemade Mushroom Soup 1 Litre Homemade Zucchini Slice 4 Slices Long Black Latte Wheat Crackers 2 serves 200g Greek Yoghurt Garden Grown Tomatoes & Cucumber 2L of Water I went a little bit easy on todays workout because i seen to have a recurring lower back thing and i don’t wanna not be able to move, so i might need to change up my leg days if it becomes a issue, which it seems to be.
Went to visit my parents for dinner and their house is my vice. I have a bad habit of just absolutely raiding their pantry for anything i can find to eat once i walk through the door haha, its always a test on my will whenever I got over. My mum cooks the best food and its always hard to say no, or stop when you know you’ve had enough.
Today my fast ended at 18 hours, it feels good to be back in the groove. My daily calorie intake hovers between 1700-1900 calories a day. It does vary depending on a few things like activity, if i’m meeting friends for dinner, if i have band practice or even if i’m staying in bed and watching tv all night. I still wanna live my life i’m just watching it closely and trying not to over do it if i can avoid it.

Day 15. Like i said in the previous post you’re catching me a couple weeks in. (also i was supposed to post this yesterday so its a day behind, i don’t care)
March 12. Weight: 96.1 kg Steps: 13,043
Workout: Flat BB Bench 4x12 @ 40kg + bar Incline DB Bench 4x12 @ 40kg Machine Flyes 4x10 @18kg Standing EZ Bar Bicep Curls 4x12 @ 15kg + bar Incline Bicep Curls - Palms Up 4x12 @ 10kg
Food: Tuna - Basil & Tomato 95g Tuna - Mexican 95g 2 x Wholemeal Wrap Bread 97% Fat Free Salada Cracker 100g Greek Yoghurt 25g Smoked Salmon 80g Blueberries Chai Latte Regular Supreme Pizza - 3 Large Slices Heavy Beer - 2 Pots 1.5 Litres Water
I have also included intermittent fasting into my routine so thats a 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window. Although it varies each day, todays was 17 hour fast. I am coming off a hectic weekend where i let loose but it feels good to be back in the gym.

Hey,
My name is Bassy. My band got offered a slot at the UK Festival Slam Dunk and I realised that it was about 12 weeks away. I decided that it was a good enough reason to start to get my fitness & general health in order as well as a decent time to reach my goal of BEING JACKED BEFORE SLAMMY D. I have always kind struggled with accountability so i’m just starting this so i can have somewhere to report it and keep on top of myself. I have already been training for about 2 weeks now and have started to see some results and its keeping me motivated. I’ll post my daily Food Intake/Weight/Workouts on here and probably some photos from time to time if people wanna follow.
