Copy-pasted directly from his reel:

ingredients: - 2 cups of flour - 4 cups of water + 1 cup ( for the pasta) - 4 small red onions - 1 cup of brown whole lentils - 1/2 tsp cumin powder - 1/2 tsp coriander powder salt and pepper - 4-5 tbsp olive oil - half a lemon - sumac - fresh coriander

start by mixing 2 cups of flour and 1 cup of water.

knead the dough very well and let it rest while preparing the rest of the meal.

finely dice 3 onions and fry in olive oil, add a cup of washed brown lentils.

season with cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and pepper add 4 cups of water and let it simmer on low for about 10-15 minutes.

flour the counter top and roll the dough as thin as you prefer your pasta to be.

roll the dough on itself and cut it into thin strips. flour the pasta and add it to the pan. cook it for about 5 minutes

slice an onion and fry it in olive oil till it starts to brown and char, you want the char flavor.

reserve some for garnish and add the oil and onion to the pan and mix. serve in a plate, garnish with the onions, lemon, fresh coriander sumac and enjoy

[ Now that text to the left is interesting. It's "u" with the indicator .. I've mentioned before that ヴ is a substitute for "v" in Japanese, but that's typically with this, the katakana "u". This is Hiragana "u" with the. (") Indicator, so I don't know what exactly is happening there but it sure is interesting. ]

I'm going to remind everyone that I don't understand Japanese when I say I have no idea what that means, or why Chipp is saying it. But I believe we've all learned something valuable here.

Israeli settlers again attack Palestinian farmers

Israeli settlers have attacked Palestinian farmers in residential areas in the occupied West Bank. “The settler attacks occurred in the Jordan Valley [north], Hebron, and Bethlehem [south],” the Colonisation and Wall Resistance Commission (CWRC) and the Wafa news agency reported. In a statement, the commission said Israelis from illegal settlements had “raided the homes and tents of citizens in the Jordan Valley area and destroyed their belongings, and attacked shepherds in the area”. It added that the attack affected “the residence of citizen Fuad Draghmeh in the Ein al-Hilweh community in the northern Jordan Valley, and the tent of citizen Mohammed Abu Mta’awe in Al-Sakout area. A witness also told the Anadolu news agency that armed settlers had attacked several Palestinian farmers inside their fields in the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem, to force them to leave.

Btw Israel let Palestinians celebrate not one (1) holiday in peace. They didn’t grant Christian Palestinians access to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, they actively attacked families who were already starving at Iftar during Ramadan, and now there are several reports of families being killed on Eid al-Fitr—a sacred multi-day holiday practiced by lots of Arabs. It breaks my heart imagining the Palestinian families in Gaza right now, most of whom are spending Eid mourning loved ones who were taken by Israeli strikes. Most of us will never understand the sheer magnitude of that pain.
