I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge these two @chris.wilks and @officiallaurenelly • I initially met Chris via Instagram but felt this dudes energy immediately when we took our first class together. But let me tell you, HIS GROWTH HAS BEEN CRAZY!!! From the first time I’ve seen him dance, to now is nothing short of night & day difference. And it’s all due to his work ethic. When @nicolekirkland_ says “I want you to do this dance with @christinaaalba , but you have to make 3 moments happen”...you take on that challenge!!! 🤯😠💪🏿 • Learning choreography is one thing, then adding another person and making it a duet is another, but thinking of ways to make moments with them all while a camera is in your face and you’re trying to perform is honestly such a daunting task. But there is no growth without resistance so if it pushes you, it makes you better. • This was honestly not my best. I see tons of areas for improvement, choices that could’ve been made better and execution that is mediocre; but you have to see the end product as a result of that particular moment. Everything is great after a win, but what makes you better is going back to the drawing board and reevaluating everything after a loss. This past weekend with #Dystopia2018 was one for the books . Took me a whole week to digest and realize I am so grateful for what @boogiezoneutopia & @elmboogie are able to bring together in such a short amount of time. • I always say that @elmboogie is one to push my capacity in what I do. Set in the story of Dystopia: The Sev7nth Bride, Whisper is one of several identities belonging to a Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID)[Multiple Personality] patient. The host has several identities and Whisper is a pet spider belonging to another identity, Hazel. She is an ethereal being, genius and cunning in all aspects, and also extremely evil.
