Her own dogs have been her biggest inspirations, especially her Cocker Spaniel Wiley. She is looking forward to providing crystal healing sessions for animals in the near future.

Lapidary School Orientation Class including the certification for using all of the lapidary equipment in the Rock Pit Laidary Workroom Lapidary Orientation Class 2:00 am to 2:30 pm Guided Work Time in the Work Room 2:30 to 3:00 pm Equipment Demonstrations & Freework 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Heart Cutting & Polishing Lapidary Class 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Leave this amazing class line-up with a 2 Finished Cabochons & Certification to come back and use the lapidary equipment here at the rock shop! (Hourly fee is charged for using equipment) This special is not included with any class pass, or class punch pass special. Must be 12 years or older to use the equipment at in the Rock Pit Lapidary Workroom, and must agree to all terms and conditions. Any participant under 18 must have a paying and participating guardian attending with them. No refund, or credit for "no show" sign-ups. Space is not reserved in full until payment is received. Lapidary orientation gives those who have completed the course the ability to come use the equipment at The Rock PIt Lapidary Workroom for a fee. The equipment is currently $15.00 per hour (limit one piece of equipment at a time, unless otherwise previously arranged). Here are the details… Each class will be 6 hours long. From 10am to 4pm. You should be able to finish a pendant or a ring in those 5 hours. These classes will teach construction type silver smithing (not casting). Included in the class is the instruction & help, the silver, solder, use of tools, and lunch. All tools and machines will be available for your use. What you will need to bring with you is a stone you want to set in the silver (no bigger than 1.5 x 2.5 inches and no smaller than 0.5 x 0.5 inches). You can purchase these from us at a 20% off or bring your own. For those who want to order tools and equipment we offer a discount for those taking the class. Cost is $255 per person. Non-refundable or transferable. First Come-First Serve. Space is limited to 3 persons per class! We expect this class fill up fast. More classes will be offered again in the coming months. Ray, the teacher, has been making silver jewelry for decades and is very proficient at solving problems, creating beautiful designs, and instructing others on how to accomplish the look they are trying to achieve.
