And thus the journey had ended. I'm happy for the ride but I'm sad to see it go. This is by far my favorite monkie kid fan comic and I love every aspect of it. Especially the references I was able to catch while reading it 😂

Thank you Kyri for this and making me laugh, and smile while pulling on my heartstrings. I'll miss this comic but I'm grateful so again thank you, and bravo for this performance.

This WONT be the last drawing I do for this comic by far. BUT! It's good to put an end to a whole story first. Anything that I will do after this, will be done much more lightly, without a precise schedule or a precuse number of panels. Hello everyone, mun here to make an announcement. I know I've been gone from this blog for like two years since I was more active on my main blog but I'm coming back and so are the crew. so yesterday I got a random burst of motivation to work on this I had in the stockpile for a month:P

This is based on/ inspired by @somerandomdudelmao comic “Cass Apocalyptic Series” which has been a huge inspiration to me aswell as @tapakah0 and all her amazing art

CAS has been rattling around in my head for months and with Casey finally reuniting with all his uncles and all the incredible flashbacks and reunions my brain can up with this

I have been wanting to do something for @somerandomdudelmao apocalypse series au again for some time, especially with all the heartwarming, soul soothing and/or crushing updates lately, but couldn't figure out what I wanted to do. Then one day I was listening to my rottmnt spotify playlist and this song started playing and it just set off a chain reaction of thoughts and images in my head and thus this animatic was born!

I was also heavily inspired to try and make an animatic (this is honestly the first time I've made something to this degree) by @tapakah0 and all their beautiful and wonderful animatics that give me all the emotions!

If you haven't read the Cass Apocalyptic Series I highly recommend it!
