Another high key shot of a predator bird, this one being a Brahminy Kite. The sun was behind the kite so, yeah didn't really get much details, but I did like the overall shot, even though I had to process it a lot. This was an evening shot of the Panchachuli-1 from Munsiyari, the first day we got there. Right after the rain ended, around 6:00 P.M. in the evening in the beginning of November. A hailstorm had just ended when we reached around 4:30-5:00 P.M. And then this view opened up. It's definitely not the best I could've done, but there was just so little light. And then there were issues with the focusing and all and I didn't have the tripod with me and, well it was a little frustrating. But the view was just so breathtaking that I decided I'll share it just to show like maybe 1/10th of what the real thing may have looked like. Found this fascinating guy on a trip to uttrakhand while in the woods. We'll actually close to the woods. Closer to a river. Somewhere near Sattal. Hehe. From what little research I've done it's a species of golden-orb web spider. The colours were really fascinating. And the whole web structure too. It literally shined like crazy when sunlight fell on it. Yes it's all in natural light with a kit 55-200 and on a nikon d5200.
