Going to try for 1000-1500 for a few weeks, then try to get lower.

Y'all I did so bad
I had to take an oral test today and my teacher put candy on the table
I don't even want to count how many pieces I had, hopefully 600 is an overestimate

Y'all I did it!
Didn't eat anything after coming home, I went on a run instead and got my fastest time in WEEKS.
I'm finally starting to feel happy?? I have so far to go but I'm just so excited.
April 4
1 tomato/cucumber/avocado salad: 350 cals
2 rice cakes: 50 cals
Carrot sticks w/ a bit of hummus: 150 cals
Total: 550
In case you can't tell I overestimate a bit lol
I need to bc I'm so short I need to overestimate to accurately compare cals w/ other people
Have an activity today so here's hoping I don't binge when I get home! Going to say I'm not hungry and ride my bike instead of eating dinner <3
