Physical therapy is wild because they're always like "hey do this weird little movement" and you're like "hmm my brain doesn't seem to know how to activate that movement" and then they'll like trick your brain into doing it by making you do other movements first or making you resist against them moving you or some shit and your brain is like oooooh ✅ new movement unlocked. And then they tell you to do that movement 20 times a day and you do and it makes some part of your body you didn't even know was related hurt less. What the fuck.

I did engage in good faith. I made the presumption that you cared about what was happening and some gentle directed questioning would show the double standards and harm of what you were saying.
You say you're not on tumblr to do homework, but this is a protracted post-colonial multi-national ethnic dispute that you are trying to weigh in on. Knowing the history, the facts, and the context is the bare minimum for good faith engagement.
People have always found reasons to hate Jews and will always find reasons to hate Jews. Ignorant and harmful comments like yours is just one example of it.
What really grinds my gears about Israeli and Israel supporters (and other Jews) getting upset that people sometimes conflate Israel and Judaism is that...Israel did this.
Don't get me wrong, random American Jews getting attacked in the streets is wrong because, what can they even do about it? But they should be mad at Israel for co-opting their religious symbol, being the first to equate Judaism with their country, using the good old anti-Israel equals antisemitism rhetoric and so on.
They have the right to be outraged at attacks on Jews all around the world but, as a Jew, you should be just as angry at the country that decided it was going to tie every random Jew around the world to them without even the chance for anyone else to opt in or out of this. They put the Star of David proudly on their flag, and then you wonder why some people would want to hold you, displaying a Star of David proudly on your necklace, accountable for what they are doing? Maybe they shouldn't have put the Star of David there to begin with.

Some questions for you to think about with your post you just made.
What percentage of Israel is Jewish?
Does Israel have an official state religion?
Do you think countries with crosses are co-opting Christian religion?
Do you tell other minority groups that they should be mad at or blame people other than the ones being bigoted towards them when they are targeted for abuse or violence?
What really grinds my gears about Israeli and Israel supporters (and other Jews) getting upset that people sometimes conflate Israel and Judaism is that...Israel did this.

I understand what you're saying this time, and you're right that I wasn't getting what you were trying to say before. I didn't think you were going quite so far with it.
Going off that example, though, any pronoun could be misunderstood the same way. "He created the Universe" could be misunderstood to be talking about Brahma as "they" could be misunderstood to be plural.
If you're concerned to that degree, the best practice would be to not use any pronouns at all.
I'm a Jew myself but asking for others opinions.
So like I use they/it pronouns for HaShem generally. Just because it matches with my idea of G-d as not being humanoid and therefore not being attached to any specific genders and generally being more of a force of nature than personal.
But I grew up in a household that was much more cultural than religious. So I don't know how religious Jews feel about this. Am I insulting HaShem by using the wrong pronouns? Am I like misgendering god? That seems extremely mean.

When talking about English pronouns in an English conversation in an English speaking context, a non-gendered "they" is entirely in common usage and is commonly understood to be singular. It has been in use in the vernacular for decades now and was recently added to multiple professional writing guides as a singular non-gendered third person pronoun. As examples,
"What time is the plumber coming?"
"They're coming at 3pm"
Or
"Where is the delivery person?"
"They aren't supposed to get here for another 10 minutes"
Or
"What time is Suzy off work?"
"They get off at 3pm"
So, by referring to Gd in the singular, it would be understood that the "they" referring to Gd is also singular. Same as the "they" referring to Suzy or the plumber or the delivery person would all be understood to be singular.
For the part about the English "they" versus Hebrew he/she, I do think an argument could be made, just one that you wouldn't agree with. I go with the "avoiding pronouns" route myself, I was just saying I could see the pathway for that argument to be put forth.

Except that the "they" referenced in the post is not a plural pronoun but a singular non-gendered pronoun meant to reference an individual without gendering them.
And being as Gd is not limited to being referred to by a specific third person pronoun, I would argue that opens up more possibilities than the traditional "he" and "she"
I agree with the connotations of "it" that you and the others brought up, but there isn't the same sort of dehumanization or disrespect with the singular "they" pronoun the same way there is with the third person "it" pronoun.
Howevwr, it could be argued instead that the modern singular "they" non-gendered pronoun is more correct than the gendered pronouns used in either English or Hebrew.

Ah, yes!
How dare Jewish people care about other Jewish people. We aren't allowed to talk about our experiences or the experiences of our co-ethnic group members/co-religious group members without first decentering ourselves!
It's only okay to care about Jews and antisemitism from a purely ideological standpoint of caring about oppression of all peoples. You can't actually care about Jews themselves as individuals.
Fuck you.
Just saying that if you focus solely on how the Palestinian genocide is affecting Jewish people, you are not above being grouped with Zionists

Why are you using chatgpt to get through college. Why are you spending so much time and money on something just to be functionally illiterate and have zero new skills at the end of it all. Literally shooting yourself in the foot. If you want to waste thirty grand you can always just buy a sportscar.
